This is the fourth car my family has purchased from Mitch at Keenan Honda. Specifically this was my first car purchase as a young adult. I consulted with Mitch because my parents purchased their past three Honda’s from him. Keenan is known for their outstanding service and Mitch emulates that being a 23 year “vet” as a sales rep. at Keenan. He has superb car knowledge and made it comforting by laying out every option and detail whether it was related to a question or not. Everything was done in the customers/my best interest.

Traded in my 2017 Honda Civic-Touring for a 2020 Honda Pilot-EXL at the end of my lease. I was pleasantly surprised that there was a lease loyalty program and Mitch made sure we were treated like family! He was the most accessible and kind salesman I have ever encountered! I referred my mom to him who is looking for a new CRV, and you know someone is good at their job if you feel comfortable sending your parents. We also get 3 free oil changes from the service department, which was another surprise, as we got the Civic from a different Honda dealership and didn’t have the same awesome experience. Also shoutout to Chris Steward in the Service department for making sure my vehicle was good to go ;) couldn’t ask for a better, more pleasant experience.
