Great experience!!!

New car purchase with Joe Danzo

I was very happy with my new car buying experience with Joe Danzo. Joe was very respectful, and responsive to all of my questions and concerns. I did not feel pressure to finalize the purchase until I was satisfied with the terms of the deal. Joe did a great job facilitating the negotiating process with his team. I would use him again in the future, and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a car.

Mitch Lesack and Keenan Honda exceeded customer expectation

Mitch Lesack, sales consultant at Keenan Honda (Doylestown, PA) is a role model for sterling customer service. During the last 60 years, I have purchased quite a few new cars, yet my recent experience at Keenan Honda when buying a Ridgeline truck is far above all of the other dealerships from coast to coast. From my initial contact with Antonia to Mitch for sales, Steve and Kyle in accounting, as well as Willis (the driver who picked me up) round out the fabulous team at Keenan Honda that made my experience so memorable. At this dealership, I never felt any pressure on the financial aspect of closing the deal, but rather felt they were sincerely interested in meeting my vehicle needs and preferences. Rather than going through scripted procedures that felt like a robotic treatment at other car dealerships, at Keenan they focused on what would make me happy as a customer. Each interaction with Keenan Honda (phone, text, email, and face-to-face) demonstrated exemplary customer service. In my previous car purchases, the bottom line OTD price was the dealership target whereas at Keenan, I felt as if they adopted me into their family. (They care about me as a person, not a dollar sign.) What stands out in my mind is the thoroughness that Mitch politely conveyed to me as he explained the incredible Ridgeline truck (rides like a comfortable car), verified that all of my questions were answered, and made certain that my requests were followed up. During the actual order write-up, I never felt any pressure to purchase additional features to boost the sales price; instead, Mitch offered options to address my concerns such as my indicated desire to purchase an extra key fob (a pricey item). As an alternative, Mitch recommended the Keenan Shield as a package that included features such as key replacements and wheel protection that appealed to me since I have a tendency to hug curbs when driving. Rather than just quickly point out a few features on the vehicle and then assume I could read the manual as many others salespeople do once the contract is signed, Mitch spent several hours with me in the new vehicle to verify that I was comfortable with the entire operation. For example, I found the opening/closing of the bed cover to be a bit challenging, so we practiced outside in spite of the scorching temperature until I caught on. His patience, gregarious personality and attention to details met and exceeded my customer satisfaction. For an amazing car shopping experience, I suggest that you contact Mitch Lesack at Keenan Honda since he exemplifies the bell ringer for customer service.

Love My Civic Si!

I cannot be happier with the amazing service from Keenan Honda. My salesperson Deanna was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. I also want to thank Rob Thompson who helped expedite my purchase. I can't thank them both enough. I am recommending Keenan to everyone!

AAA+ Car Buying Experience

This is our third Honda. Keenan Honda service is exceptional. My experience with the service department has been above and beyond what is expected. They are prompt and professional. I have never felt like I was being takened advantaged of. Additionally, we just purchased a civic and from sales to financing to final paperwork all was smooth and efficient. When we made the decision to get a second car our first stop and only stop was to Keenan!

We needed a vehicle quickly and Joe was awesome!

We needed to purchase a vehicle quickly as our car died. I contacted Glenn Wilby and he referred me to Joe. Joe was great. I came in on a Tuesday and he showed me several vehicles I was interested in and offered others as options when I gave him what I was looking for. I needed time to process all the information and Joe did not pressure me to make a purchase, but gave me his cell phone number instead and said call and let me know. If I don't hear from you in a day or so I will follow up with you. When Joe followed up he had another vehicle that fit closer to what I was looking for regarding style, mileage and price. I returned to the dealer on Thursday and Joe had the two vehicles I was interested in ready and waiting for me to look at. I decided to purchase a CRV (one that Joe suggested) and I couldn't be happier. Joe's customer service was excellent. I highly recommend Keenan and ask for Joe Danzo.
