Keenan Honda was great to deal with. Called them about a Red Civic Type R in their inventory and came to a great price considering the options. When I came in I was greeted and treated great. Only reason I wa there for two hours was because I showed up to early. Overall great people.

Had a wonderful experience overall purchasing our new Accord Hybrid. They were very accommodating and beat the price we were getting from another dealership. This was important to us because my wife is 8 months pregnant and we had to drive a few miles from NJ to get here. We were really impressed by the showroom and would certainly consider purchasing our next car from here.

What a difference 2 years make. Not a great experience the first time around when I purchased my HRV, but after speaking with sales manager Rob Thomson, he assured me this time would be different and it was. He introduced me to Joe Danzo and the car purchase was seamless. The "follow up" and "follow thru" was impeccable and the entire experience was fantastic. This was a pleasant and low-stress experience. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt like a positive outcome was assured. The cars I had seen online indeed were there, and were exactly as represented. Mitch Lesack was very personable, energetic but chill at the same time, and was knowledgeable and accommodating without the phony pandering that can make you cringe at some dealerships. He knows his product, including all the technologies, and scripted an informative test drive on varied roads. Keenan offered me 20% more for my trade than a previous dealership I had visited. Was able to finalize the sale in the least amount of time it ever took me to buy a car. Steve Kern dug for the best finance rate and made some of the confusing options in terms of warranties etc. crystal clear. Never felt pressured at Keenan. Overall a great experience. Love my certified pre-owned SUV, and plan to return for another vehicle when I pass this on as a "college car."
