I think it's really sad when you spend thousands of dollars on a car and you ask for a second key for the car you bought and your told by your sales person to have another made they are not expensive.I think that is poor customer service. Anytime I have ever bought a car New or used I received 2 keys weither 2 keys were turned in with the trade or not they would make me a key. Spending around 4 hours in the dealership and leaving with a negative feeling to me it not good for business. I would not return or recommend them for that reason.
