Faulkner Honda Doylestown

This is my second time leasing a car from Keenan Honda. I love the car, a Honda Civic, and the service at Keenan Honda is excellent. Cindy Carr, my Sales Rep, second time around, quickly and professionally responded to my needs, and went to bat for me with the rest of team, and I walked away with a Honda Civic 2016 sedan, by the way, voted North American car of the year and for good reason! I noticed that there was a minuscule dent in the front fender on an otherwise perfect car, and called Cindy the next day just to have her document it and she insisted I bring it in to be fixed overnight and loaned me a car free of charge for the day. Three years ago, after shopping around thoroughly, I can honestly say Keenan Honda was the only dealership that gave me a payment schedule that matched my budget--Hence my loyalty!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Keenan Honda today! All of the employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. Joe was great to work with; he took time to explain all of our options and answer all of our questions! Jerry was also wonderful, as he helped us with all of the paperwork. Overall, it was a great experience and we look forward to continuing to visit this dealership in the future!

We had a great experience with the sales personnel and finance team. I was not impressed with the job done on detailing the vehicle prior to taking delivery.

She is an excellent salesperson and in fact, the whole team at Keenan, from sales to insurance, couldn't have been more professional, friendly, and helpful. The price they quoted me was so good, I couldn't pass it up. Despite the fact that I got my car at the end one of their busiest days, they were a pleasure to deal with! I would consider continuing with Keenan when the lease for this car expires.

Located the car we wanted as it was not in their inventory and delivered it in timely fashion. Mr Mumma was very thorough in delivering the vehicle.

Pat Regan carefully and patiently explained every detail to me with wonderful patience! And when at the last moment a family issue caused me to have to delay, he STILL remained excellent in patience, understanding and flexibility. He even called several days after I began the lease to see if I had any new questions and offered his time at the dealership for additional help with the many features on my new car. This is excellent customer service and it is much appreciated! Everyone at Keenan was extremely helpful in every way!

I called Keenan Honda because I really wanted a new Honda Pilot. They were a Costco approved dealer. I live about an hour away. Pat Regan, the salesman spoke with me on the phone and by email. He was very helpful and arranged everything without me having to go to the dealership until I was ready to pickup my new car. Their price could not compare to other dealerships. When I met Pat last night it was like I had known him for a while. He explained all the features on my car and made sure I was comfortable driving it. They were extremely busy and it was past closing time , but he never made me feel rushed. All of the finance people and sales people were so friendly and helpful. I would definitely go there if I ever get another vehicle!!!

Joe Danzo is easy to work with, explaining everything clearly regarding interest rates, subtleties among models, and all responses to our questions. We didn't feel at all pressured or alarmed by that sense of alert over being rushed for which some salespeople in the auto industry have been known over time. We were in a few years ago and had the same good experience at Keenan then as well.
