This was my first time buying a car as I previously had a hand me down car and it went so smoothly! They guided me through the car buying experience and ensured that it was a reliable vehicle as my previous one was a 2006 accord with 260,000 miles on it. I got a major upgrade with the car I purchased here and I am very happy with it.

I went for an oil change.

I went for an oil change. After waiting for the oil change to be complete, the employee came and said they found that I needed to replace the brake pads and tires. I asked for pricing and the person said it was $800 for the tires. I said that I would hold off on the tires. I asked about the replacement of the break pads. He told me it would be about $500. I asked for the educator’s discount. He said it would be 10% off. I said that would drop the cost of the break pads into the $400’s. He said yes. After the work was complete he told me the price, which was around the $680. Then he said he forgot to apply the discount. He came back and it was $617. I told him that I expected it to be in the $500’s because of our conversation. He did not honor the original quote. So he misquoted me on the cost and I left paying more than anticipated. Upon arriving at my car I noticed that I was missing two of my tire caps for the air nozzles. I had to go back in to try to get them back. This was not the quality experience that I am use to from Faulkner Honda.

Well organized operation.

Well organized operation. Pleasant/ comfortable waiting area. Drop off & pickup area is nice & simple to use. Staff is pleasant & informative.

So kind…….took the time to answer all of my questions and were a pleasure to deal with. Usually salesman are pushy, but Nick was the best.
