Hyundai Driver For Life

I worked with a brand new salesman, Noah. Having been a retail sales manager for over 11 years, he was a model salesperson and one that every sales team strives to have! He asked me all the hard questions to get the sale closed without any pressure! He followed up with me the evening I left asking if i had any questions. He knew i was looking at other dealerships and yet he still didnt pressure me! Because of his wonderful outgoing personality, knowledge of the products and his patience, I chose to come back and purchase with Miller Hyundai and Noah. I LOVE my new car and I will continue to go to this dealership!

Happy to have a new car

My car was 19 years old and finally died. After a lot of research by both me and family members this is where I came to buy a 2019 White Elantra. Usman spent a lot of time explaining all the Elantra's new gadgets and technology. I feel like I could call him right now and he'd be happy to review everything again for me.

Time for reliable transportation

When my Ford died leaving me stranded, I knew it was time for a change. Since my daughter was pleased with her Hyundai Kona, I decided to check Hyundai out. I purchased the Tucson. It has everything I need and more-a smooth drive, great technology and safety features, and the option for a lifetime bumper to bumper warrantee!

As others have said, Great and fast service.

I have sent many hours on the past at other dealerships over the years, but this was the shortest time I spent buying a new car. With the test drive and paperwork and a very busy event going on I was in and out in 4 hours.

Inspection and recall fixes were done quickly

I made an appt. for 9 am to have my Sonata inspected and the safety recalls that were outstanding taken care of. I knew that my left low beam was out and let the technician know that I had purchased a new bulb but was unable to replace it myself before the inspection. They took care of it for me and charged a very reasonable price for the installation, because I have changed this bulb myself before and it is a tricky and very time consuming process (poor design by Hyundai imho). I have nothing bad to say about Apple Valley Hyundai as I have purchased 2 vehicles from them and a total of 3 vehicles from the Apple Valley automobile group. They are a class act and I would HIGHLY recommend them to everyone.

Excellent, glad I chose Winchester Hyundai!

I was fortunate enough to have Dave Kraemer assist me. I appreciate his honesty, his personality, and stellar recommendations. I'm glad I chose Winchester over Harrisonburg, and best believe when it's time to upgrade my vehicle I'll be coming to Dave. Best car salesman I've ever had, by far.

Very happy

I wasn’t planning on by a car but after meeting with Steve trevor was so thorough and the dealership was so helpful in explaining the details of the car what I could do they really work with me on my budget I’m very impressed with this dealership miller Hyundai Winchester Virginia and I drove home in my new car I am completely satisfied and love my new Tuscan I would definitely recommend this car and dealership to my friends and family

Traveling

We were totally impressed by the service we received. They were extremely busy and we showed up with an electrical problem - battery light on. Despite the fact that they were booked for the next several days, they fit us in since we were traveling. A part had to be ordered so they gave us a loaner to finish our trip while they repaired our vehicle. We returned 2 days later to a repaired car. Thanks to them we had an excellent trip with my Aunt. We had never been to this dealer before, but they treated us like a customer that they have known for years. Thanks again for a great experience.
