I just did a review?.wrong wording?.during all any any of my car repairs in my life, I have never received a video of my point inspection. Thus repair center gave me a video and awesome service. Thank you.

Because I live in Perris, I arrived early. Lee quickly checked the schedule and worked me in. The service went quickly and was professional and was outstanding. Lee made sure to keep me informed about repairs required and their increased cost. That is why I went to hello for my service.

Service in repair department
Took my brand new Outback 2022 for service of back gate not opening Rep told me I need to bring it in sooner 12:45 pm is not that late. He only cared about oil change and blew me off about the back gate. Poor service.
Had unfortunate experience after taking my car to HELLO
Had unfortunate experience after taking my car to HELLO Subaru for an oil change. The technician did not put the oil cap back on my engine after performing an oil change. The dealership kept my vehicle so they could clean it. Several spots were missed including a pool of oil between the battery and battery mounting bracket. I was provided a loaner and told I would be given a refund for the oil change. That was nice of them. However, It took 4 calls to the service manager with no calls returned, and finally a visit into the dealership to obtain the refund. During the meeting I was told the individuals performing the oil changes were not factory trained like the ones doing the more complex repairs and maintenance. Sounded to me like the "B Team" employees should have more supervision if HELLO plans to continue doing business in this manner. As a result, I have lost trust in HELLO Subaru and have been taking my vehicles to businesses that employ Subaru factory trained technicians.

Service after road damage
My Forester is the best car we have owned in the last 30 years. Hit road debris on the toll road and it destroyed my tire. Luckily I had my 12,000 mile service scheduled on Saturday and they took care of everything. The video provided showing the work done and inspections completed, was a great way to show me everything was good. Very impressed.
