I dropped off my car for a check engine light problem didn?t get it back for 3 1/2 months
Dear Frank, thank you for taking time to give feedback. Please note that you dropped your car off one week in advance of your appointment. We completed the diagnosis early, but parts had to be ordered. Unfortunately, they were backordered for several weeks with no ETA. We appreciate your frustration, as we currently have nine cars waiting for the same parts! We did provide you with a courtesy car, and under the circumstances there wasn’t much else we could do. We hope you’ll give us the opportunity to show 5-star service in the future when the situation getting parts is better! Let me know if there is anything further you believe we should do. My car service was just as I was told it would be, with no surprises or longer wait time. Hello Subaru has totally mastered the service routine and I have no complaints on the quality of their excellent service.
Courteous and helpful. Facility is clean offers a nice environment while waiting for car to be serviced
Unscrupulous sales team.
Do not trust a word these salesmen or finance specialists tell you. First: they will charge you about double interest for your personal credit score. If pushed on details on their financing either the salesmen and finance specialists either are ignorant or flat out lie about the details. I?m still trying to figure out which. I leave this review because I have tied to work both with bank and hello Subaru and continue to get blown off and discounted. My personal situation: buy 2020 outback. Top tier credit score, and was going to pay off loan when the first payment was due and both the salesman and finance specialist knew this. My questions to both salesman and finance team was this: 1. Is there an interest rate grace period before the first payment is due. Answer from hello of Subaru: yes. My question was because my interest rate was almost 6 percent, with a credit score over 800. I never had any intention of paying a penny in interest as I was going to pay of loan when the first bill came in, so I rolled my eyes at their absolute garbage interest rate even though I know interest rates were going up. I did their financing out of convenience. Get pay off loan: I owe 300 dollars in interest, as it was ticking away from the minute I drove off the lot. No grace period as I was expecting and told. Call chase. Complain. Zero help. They tell me to work with dealership. Call dealer for the third time today. Still getting nowhere. So now I leave a review. I will continue to work with Hello Subaru and chase bank to get my interest back. The car and 300 dollars of interest are fully paid off. Now it?s whether they want this negative review to stay up and my future business with their service department. So: buyer beware. The sales department and finance department are unscrupulous. Do not use their financing.
My service person is Lee. He takes really good care of my Forester. Goes out if his way to accommodate me.
