Very simple! The sale was very quick, no unnecessary waiting around and was willing to accommodate my needs. Great sales people and very professional all around. Would recommend Rockingham Honda to family and friends!

I don’t really enjoy car shopping, the back an forth between sales staff with managers and running around to other dealers. Not much fun and very time consuming! However, not the case in the end with Rockingham Honda. I obtained their best offer online and did my own research to confirm. They were upfront with their best deal. Although they didn’t have the color I wanted on site (dark olive green ... gorgeous!) they were able too very quickly. All and all I had a great experience and I’m very happy with my new CR-V!

My visit was pleasurable the waiting areas were clean and comfortable. No pushy sales people they all greeted me and were very friendly. One of the service personnel came out and recommended an in cabin air filter change and did not pressure me once I said thanks for the recommendation, but no thank you. I will come back again. It was an A+ experience.

I entered Rockingham Honda 15 minutes early and was processed immediately. Rather than wait 1 hour estimated time they shuttled me to a breakfast spot near the mall and picked me up when I was done eating. Very friendly!!! Love the service staff here

The entire “sales process “ was easy. I felt no pressure and my salesperson (Sebastian” ) was a joy to work with. When I picked up my car the cargo mat which I had ordered was missing. He assured me if necessary he would personally get it to me.

I am very appreciative of all the help the sales man provided for me there. They were really helpful and kind throughout the whole process.
