Jay Enright was overall a great salesman. He was friendly and knowledgable and very easy going. I felt comfortable asking any questions I had and he was happy to help offer insight. Jay covered every detail about the vehicle, itself, and also the process of leasing a car as well as what to expect after the lease was up. Rob Marcoux was also extremely friendly and genuinely thankful for the business. I would definitely recommend Rockingham Toyota to anyone I know that is in the market for a new car. I called ahead for an urgent problem, and was served immediately upon my arrival. The techs performed all appropriate tests, and confirmed the diagnosis. All the work was done expeditiously, and I was back on the road again in prompt order. The suggested fix apparently has worked (only a few days so far). The price was a little higher than is available on-line, but I'm willing to pay a small premium for Toyota quality parts.

Bob was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn't pushy, but was honest about the pros and cons of each model. He is basically a nice guy and did a good job helping me understand and use the features in the car.

I had just bought a brand new Toyota Rav 4 from a different Toyota dealership less than 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately though, when I got out of work I realized I had the back luck of running over a nail and had a flat tire. I work at a school and was fortunate enough to have a friendly, helpful janitor change my tire. When I called Rockingham Toyota (closest to where I work) they said to come right in and they would see what they could do about plugging my tire. They ended up fixing my tire for free since I had just bought the car! Not only that, when I got back in my car, I realized they had vacuumed it as well. So what could have been a miserable situation to deal with at all, turned out to be filled with pleasant, helpful people! Thanks so much for the free tire change and vacuum... very much appreciated!

This was our second vehicle we purchased from Jennifer Lilly at Rockingham Toyota. She is very personable and easy to work with. She did a great job explaining the new features that came with the vehicle. Johnathan Pavnick handled all the financing paperwork and was wonderful to work with.

Rick was friendly right from the beginning. I started looking in January, but knew that I would not buy until March. Rick kept me informed with specials during the three months, but yet I did not feel any pressure to buy. He was very professional and still made me feel that we have been friends for years.
