I scheduled my vehicle for an oil change at my home. Their mobile service is absolutely wonderful Brandon, the technician was very friendly and got the job done in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend the service.

I wanted to write a review about good service and a good

I wanted to write a review about good service and a good buy but i cant. We purchased a 2018 expedition and a few days after having it we began to heard a rattling noise, noticed a crack in the front windshield and noticed the screen would freeze up. We notified the salesman/dealership immediately and was told to bring the vehicle in. Mind you we have a 3month/4k mL warranty. When we went up there to drop it off, the saleman Julian was rushing me telling me that the sound was normal. If he thought because I was a female and didnt know anything he was wrong. A rattling sound like that is not normal especially not because it has high mileage on it. Its either the cam phasers or the transmission starting to go. Mind you they wanted us to tell the finance company that we had the vehicle in our possession in order to close on the deal before the end of the month. After having it for a week, we are being told that nothing is wrong with it regarding the rattling sound and nothing was fixed. They claimed to have sealed the window crack but you can still see it from the inside of the vehicle. This upsets me because we do not live close and have to keep driving 2hrs. I know that they are giving us the run around because they are waiting for that warranty to run up so they will not have to fix it. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.
