After thinking the dealer would fix the issues instead

After thinking the dealer would fix the issues instead the truck came back with additional scratches, dirty exterior. Won’t recommend the dealer to anyone.

Drove down from Homosassa on the wrong day for an install

Drove down from Homosassa on the wrong day for an install and they still took great care of me even though they were swamped !Highly recommended They were very professional and made sure I was taken care of. Offered coffee and tea and snacks as well! Great people will definitely return

Service was fast and friendly.

Service was fast and friendly. I had transmission work done. The appointment was set on my first call. I dropping my truck off for repairs two days after my initial call. I received a loner for three days. I returned the loner after three days and was lifted to the airport. I flow to NY for a couple of weeks. I received a call, email or text from Elder Ford letting me know my truck was all fixed. On my return to Florida and while standing in the security line I call Elder Ford and asked if I could be picked up at the airport. The ride was set up in just a couple of minutes. They sent me a text with to info. When I landed I clicked on “ready for pick up”. My ride was one minute away. I was driven to Elder to pick up my truck. Ford honored my warrantee. I only paid a small deductible. After a few hand shakes and a few laughs I was out the door. My truck now runs great. Thank you Elder Ford. The entire experience was perfect. Seamless and flawless!
