Woot!

Continental Honda put the team to work to get me into the cutest car ever and at a great price! What's not to love? Jacek (Zabinski) was our salesman. He's a straight shooter, chill, but will work with you and your budget - I'm so very happy he's the salesman who happened to be available when we walked in on a busy Saturday afternoon. My adorable new car is spending it's first night at home and I couldn't be more thrilled.

Good job!

I wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted to purchase but thanks to Sales man Saul Camacho who was quick to show me many options until I found the perfect car for me excellent work!

Best Car Buying Experience ever

I just purchased a 2015 Honda Civic and have purchased 3 Hondas over the last 12 years from Continental and what made this experience the best was Terry Scudieri. He understand how I wanted to buy and worked with me to get the right price and the right car. He could not have been better and knowledgable and most importantly knew I did not want to make this a long process with going back and forth to managers, etc...He got it and got me what I needed and the fastest transaction I have ever had. I came prepared with some information and nothing phased Terry who has the experience and knowledge to help immediately.. Could not have been happier and I would highly recommend working with Terry..

Happy in 2015

This year was the 5th car I have purchased from Continetal and the loyalty they show to returning customers is unpreseidented. Buying a car normally isnot a favorite activity for me but Rudy Lika and Bob G. made this experience as my prior 4 purchases the smoothest and toally pain free. I greatly appreciate this dealership and their associates. Thanks and I am Happy in 2015!!!

Phenomenal dealership

This was my first big purchase and Saul Camacho made this experience the best by far, he was a very skillfull, helpful, informative and wonderul sales associate.If anyone wants to purchase a vehicle from this dealer I highly recommend to do so and to speak to Saul Camacho. I had been waiting for my Honda HRV 2016 for months. As I was calling and looking at most Honda dealers, this specific dealer was the one to immediately answer phone calls and direct us to an associate and get our process of a car purchase going. Best experience by far!

Rudy Lika, the best....

Rudy makes buying a car an easy and a fun experience. This is the third Honda we purchased thru him. We have referred friends to him also. Honda, you should be so proud to have him promoting and selling your cars. He certainly is an asset to your business. His is confident, knowledgeable and you have a friend with the deal.. Great Experience!

I went to Continental Honda a few years ago for service, I was impressed with the people and service. Always felt they were honest and really cared. Loved my Civic, but it became to small for my needs. Since service has always been great at Continental I decided to look for a new vehicle there. Rich Jaeger responded to my web search and was just as great as the service people there. Answered my questions, no pressure,. One of my least favorite things to do turned out to be a good experience Thank you Rich Jaeger and the finance guy (sorry forgot his name) for an easy honest experience in buying my new CRV which I love! Good experience

My wife and I went to Continental after shopping Oak Lawn Honda and the experience was much better. Although our trade in was appraised for less, the deal in the end worked out. Frank did not pressure us excessively (it is there job to pressure a little I suppose) and although he couldn't sell us our first pick for the price we wanted, he recommended another color in the same model which he was able to work with more. Milan in Financing was very thorough in explaining our options and pricing. Even though we chose not to buy the extended warranty, he was not pushing about it. Overall, a good experience. We were able to make the whole deal happen in about 4 hours with a 1 year old with us! I would go to this dealership and to Frank again before going to Honda in Oak Lawn or Orland Park.

Low pressure

Low pressure very quick transaction, they are competive in new car pricing and valuing your trade in. Was done with evaluation of trade in and all paperwork in 90 minutes. Will be back next trade for a fair deal
