I began the dreaded search for a new car by researching...

I began the dreaded search for a new car by researching Consumer Guide’s 2011 Cars magazine. I hate car shopping, and only do so every ten years or more. As a prospective buyer I feel like I put myself at the mercy of intimidating and manipulative salespeople who use any scheme, strategy or scam they can devise to lure me into overpaying for a vehicle. The good news is, though expecting someone with unfavorable personality characteristics such as being sneaky and underhanded, this premise proved to be unfounded. Both Brent Turner and Rob Lazarus were professional, personable and courteous. They turned a potentially unhappy undertaking into an enjoyable exercise. Be assured that in the event I may wish to acquire another vehicle in the distant future, I will certainly visit your dealership. Regards, James A. Knox

I Just leased a new IS-250 from Stevinson Lexus and the experience was simply outstanding! Both Rob and Gary went above and beyond in getting me the the vehicle I wanted at the right price. Rob searched for my vehicle, found it and had it shipped to Stevinson Lexus at no cost to me - what more could you ask for? When the vehicle arrived, Gary contacted me and scheduled a time for me to arrive and pick it up. Gary had it detailed and in perfect delivery condition. He then spent time going over the technology, uploading my phone book and familiarizing me with the interior and exterior. The attention to detail by both Rob and Gary was stellar. If you are looking for a Lexus vehicle, vist Rob Denniston or Gary Sanders at Stevinson Lexus. They will take complete care of you, provide a wonderful experience, and get you the car you want, at the right price. I have been taking my car to Stevinson Lexus for service since we moved here a couple of years ago. I can't say enough about the extremely high level of service, friendliness, and professionalism each time I come in for service. Paul Genest is our service manager, and he makes certain I am 100% satisfied with everything. He would never want me to drive away with any questions unanswered or doubts about the service I have received. Everyone I have encountered at Stevinson really cares about the customer's satisfaction - it just shows as you walk down their hallways. I would have to say this is one of the more pleasant things on my "to-do" list that I have since I never have to worry about the outcome.

Tony was very friendly and showed us how the many features of the car worked. When bringing the car back for flat tire he tried to get the 3 months free of XM radio. I have bought three cars from Stevinson Lexus and like the service I receive there.

Where do I begin??? The encounter and customer service...

Where do I begin??? The encounter and customer service at Stevinson is now my paramount. I have purchased a total of three Lexus RX ‘s in the last 6 years and must declare that every round goes higher and higher. Although I wasn’t sure that Lexus would be the make I would go with for my next purchase, I made a trip by the dealership just to see what they had in their pre-owned inventory. Unfortunately, the inventory did not have a vehicle that was a good fit at that time. After leaving the dealership, I received a call from William Gallagher who asked me if I was still in the market for a vehicle. Although I was leaning toward a Mercedes ML 350 when I received a call from Brent Turner on his DAY OFF to ask me to not make a decision until I come in and see the car they had just took into inventory, I decided that it was worth exploring. Mr. Turner convinced me that I should stick with what works! Mr. Turner went the extra mile to satisfy me by making sure all scratches and minor cosmetic issues were fully corrected. As a courtesy, I had the pleasure of driving the 2011 RX loaner vehicle (probably my next vehicle) while my new RX was being serviced. The fact that Mr. Turner checked on my satisfaction with the new vehicle after the purchase made it clear that he was more so interested in the CUSTOMER and not the SALE. It feels good to know that there are still employees who are genuine and just plain ole’ good people. AS most people fear, many car salesmen are deceitful and dishonest. That was NOT the case at Stevinson. I feel that Stevinson has acquired a great team from Mr. Gallagher management –to- Mr. Tuner sales help –to- the service department –to- me A SATIFIED CUSTOMER. Hats off to Stevinson!!!

WOW - Where do I begin. What an amazing experience! In the past I have dreaded looking for a car. The entire process is stressful and in most situations I have felt pressured. I felt none of this while dealing with Brent. Doing business with Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood has been hands down the most pleasant experience I have ever had while buying a car. Brent took care of me from the minute I stepped out of my car. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and made me feel comfortable. He has called me after the purchase to check in with me. I didn't have time to go over all the features on my car the day I drove off the lot so Brent has kept in touch and followed up with me to ensure that I know everything I need to know about my vehicles features. The entire experience was more than pleasant the whole way through from working with Brent, to financing all the way to detailing. Everyone was extremely friendly (seemed to care about me personally) and best of all they were able to get me an amazing price on my new car. I will continue to do business with Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood for years to come.

I have used Stevinson Lexus to purchase several cars in the past. I love the dealership and their professionalism. Tony Esposito was so helpful getting me started on my new purchase of a h400RX. It was a bit more of a learning curve than my last RX, but Tony demonstrated how to use all of the controls on the dashboard and helped me set up my bluetooth and address book from my iPhone. Very knowledgable about the Lexus overall, and accompanied my on my first drive with it. Your Service Department is always so helpful in getting me a loaner when I come if for a checkup. My car is always cleaned and ready to go when it is promised. Your Service Personal go out of their way to make your visit quick, and get you on your way. I've never had to return my vehicle for further work when I have had it serviced. It has always come out of your dealership working properly. My husband and I have known Gary Radeke for several years and he is always available to talk about "Lexus" with us. My brother purchased a Lexus 400RX from him and loves the car. We are happy to recommend your dealership to our friends and family, because we have never been treated better in any other dealership we have been to.

It has been such a pleasure working with Brent Turner at Stevinson Lexus West. Over the years I have worked with MANY sales associates but I have rarely dealt with such a genuine and forthcoming individual as Brent. I appreciate that he did exactly everything he said he was going to do and in such a timely manner. There was never any pressure or gamemanship with this deal. It was REFRESHING! The service department (especially Reggie Rodman) has...

The service department (especially Reggie Rodman) has been great for the several years that I've take my cars to them, including my most recent maintenance work. Reggie, especially, is attentive & helpful, and goes out of his way to get the job done properly & on time. The dealership is good, but he is what makes it special.
