Carlos was sooooo helpful and accommodating when I showed

Carlos was sooooo helpful and accommodating when I showed up, passing through Denver, with part of the protective covering to the undercarriage dragging and scraping the pavement. I just needed a quick fix that would last. They got the job done in no time and I was on my way. Great job!

My service advisor Van was not very communicative.

My service advisor Van was not very communicative. I texted him several times and received no response. I was told my vehicle would be ready in about 2-2.5 hours, but I didn't get a text that it was ready until i texted and called about it. I had a loaner so it wasn't a huge deal but please be communicative. I was told my vehicle would be washed and vacuumed prior to it's return, but it was clear that didn't happen because when I asked about it, they rushed to wash it, but I was told they couldn't get the dog hair out while vacuuming. It was clear the car hadn't even been vacuumed. That's fine, but please just be honest about it next time and respond to your customers when they reach out to inquire about their vehicle. I know everyone is busy, but it only takes a minute or two to respond to a text.
