Overall fantastic experience with Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood. After searching vehicles for two weeks and dealing with sales reps and high-pressure Mike Burgmaier ended up being the most kind, patient and knowledgeable of them all. While buying a car than be stressful I am truly grateful to have had this experience with Mike and his team. I will be referring my friends and family members to Stevenson Lexus of Lakewood. Avoid this dealer.

Avoid this dealer. I negotiated a purchase price on January 25, 2024, for a new 2023 Lexus GX Premium with an MSRP of $63,109. The price I ultimately negotiated with “Bri” was an all in price of $58,000, plus tax and title. I was very clear in my communications that the “total” price would be $58,000, “plus tax and reg” to avoid any miscommunication on this point. Unfortunately, when Bri sent the final numbers, she added on a $699 D and H fee, which was never previously mentioned and was obviously outside of the total purchase price we negotiated. Bri’s boss, Mike, then tried to gaslight me by suggesting that I was the one changing the terms of the deal, even after I pointed out that we had agreed to a total price of $58k plus tax and reg. Mike and Bri even suggested I consider a different vehicle at this point. To be clear, this was not about the $699- it’s about transparency and standing behind the deal you made. Stevinson, Bri, and Mike acted unethically in trying to close this deal and I do not recommend this dealer.

Bri Ruffino and Mike Sanchez were so helpful! This was my 3rd Lexus purchase from Stevinson and the process is always so smooth. I would recommend Bri to anyone looking for a new Lexus!

We had a fantastic experience purchasing a car with Arvin at the Lakewood dealership. We would highly recommend working with Arvin if you are in the market for a vehicle. He was very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process. We never felt pressured in anyway which made for a fantastic experience. We really enjoyed talking with him throughout the process.

Just wow!

Just wow! we recently bought a car through these charlatans. We bought a used RX350. We also paid well above market value. Do you think these xxxxxxxx could have done their job fully? Heck NO! We had to send the car three times through the detail shop only to literally discover food debris still all over the interior of the car. The windshield was so dirty when we left you could not see through it while driving into the sun in the west. The previous owners grime was still caked on the steering wheel and the door jambs still had mag chloride and other debris in the thresholds. Now on to the service side of things. The air filter and cabin filters were not changed out like stated on the service report leaving me wondering what was actually done! The rear strut that was supposedly replaced, is still making noise and the rear hatch struts were so weak it was a safety issue in cold weather. Lastly when they handed off the key it was singular! They never said there was only one key during the negotiation phase. Clearly not fully disclosing things to their consumers. At $380 per key that was intentionally left out of the negotiation phase. After two weeks of taking possession I received an email from the general manager. I responded with my concerns and and still waiting to hear back 6 weeks later. Frankly this has to be the absolute worst dealership and transaction I have ever had in the entirety of my life....
