BUYER BEWARE!!! If I could give zero I would!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! Bought a BMW car from them and didn’t drive it for a full week only put about 400 miles on it and the engine blew. Had to have it towed from 31 to an actual BMW dealership and the BMW dealership informed us that it was going to cost us $35,000.00 to replace the engine. Called pulse autos and asked if they would be willing to help with this issue they kept giving us the run around and stated would talk to owner, but never got back to us… this seems to be an on going issue with this dealer!! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Something sketchy is going on! I have reached out to attorneys to seek legal action and also filled complaints with Secretary of State

According to my records, I have NEVER heard a pep out of Pulse Auto. I guess they are waiting for me to call them? Rather difficult to do for a deaf dude?

Will swear they'll take care of your vehicle that they sold with a bad transmission, then refuse to answer calls or give you a solid answer as to when they will fix it, two months later. Been nothing but a headache dealing with them. Wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I wasn't careful enough to inspect my truck when i bought it i should have had a mechanic put it on a rack. 3 months later i blew a rear brake line got under to find it and started peeling steel off the frame like lettuce !!! they sold me a car that was not safe to drive the frame was compromised according to the very reputable shop i sent it to. after telling the now new manager of this the best they could do is offer me 1/3 of what i paid for it!!!!! i understand it is as is car lot and i am responsible after i sign the title but i write this so that you can weigh your decision before you let this blank of the used car world take you for your money. THEY DID NOT HONOR THEIR AGREEMENT TO SELL ME A SAFE RELIABLE CAR.
