I came into Steven Lexus this morning to buy a preowned
I came into Steven Lexus this morning to buy a preowned vehicle. I was very interested in later that afternoon. I wanted my son to come take a look at it and when we came back, it started out well we went for a test drive, but after we spoke outside for a minute and came into the office to speak to Roger the first thing he said is, I’ll be back in five minutes. 10 minutes later he came back and again he said I’ll be right back That happened two times after that also. The vehicle had a screw in the front tire and after my son got looking at them a little better they had dry rot. We tried to bring the tires up, hoping maybe both parties could come to some resolution that would work for both of us, the only thing he said is I can replace the front tire that really didn’t help with the rest of them and again we tried to bring that up, but he didn’t care about that so we told him we were gonna leave if we couldn’t come to some resolution and he pretty much told us by. I get the commission on a preowned vehicle is not as good as a new one, but all customers should get the same customer service and due to that Stevenson Lexus lost out on a sale thati was ready to make Stevenson is a very big company and I don’t believe they want their salesman treating customers the way we were treated. it was very unprofessional.
