Stevinson always has provided great and thorough service with true professionalism, honesty, and respect. I’ve been going here and getting all my servicing on my last five Lexus vehicles for over 16 years. They will treat you with respect and they do care about your satisfaction! The entire dealership is a class act! They welcome you with smiles and competency from the moment you arrive!

I was not impressed with the service department.

I was not impressed with the service department. My advisor was fantastic. But the overall service department I did not feel was high standard. I guess I’m used to Lexus of Greenwood Village. A much nicer facility, friendly or people and they did a much better at giving me a clean car back.

Needed new engine.

Needed new engine. Covered by warranty. Great service and done be experts. Very happy and impressed with Stephenson-Lexus. Scott was great! This dealership really knows the customer is number one. I will remain forever loyal!

I love taking my vehicle in for even the most minimal

I love taking my vehicle in for even the most minimal service! Always welcoming! Efficient profesional and kind. Joe Hashman , my service person was terrific. Informative about services provided and a super sense of humor. We need more of that in this world! Then there’s Jodi, in sales. She’s helping me get a new vehicle just the color I want while trading in the current one with minimal effort. Keep these folks and keep up the exemplary customer service .

Fast and friendly.

Fast and friendly. They give suggestions about services due to my lower than normal mileage/usage. This was helpful and will save me money and still keep my car running under best conditions.
