I have a government law suite against this company for

I have a government law suite against this company for senior abuse. They have had 5 managers in the last year. They sold me a Mercedes with bad tires and a bad battery verified by the Mercedes company and sold me a maintance contract and then told me they can't work on in Mercedes and won't give the money back to me. Then they told me they would get me in another car and lied and I went in and they said no. Since then they have called and false advertised nothing down and we can get you in a car and it's false advertisements!!!! Bad service , bad management , bad sales. And not accredited with BBB and won't work with BBB. Waynesboro doesn't need a NB ad business like this one here. Seriously pass the word.

As far as their service department it is terrible.

As far as their service department it is terrible. I went in for an oil change and was told it would take an hour. I sat for over 2 hours waiting….7.5 months pregnant at that. I was told it took longer because “something came up in the shop”. Save yourself and go to a different ford location.

No extra key provided, said they could hook me up with a

No extra key provided, said they could hook me up with a guy and that most used cars didn't have spare keys. Also, no paper dealer tag provided as promised. Of course, I'm the best and most valued customer when I was purchasing the used 2023 Chevrolet Camaro. When I finally realized I was going to have to pay the three to five hundred dollars for the key, I basically told them that I guess it's better for it to come out of my pocket than Paul Thigpen's...no reply, so I guess they agree with me. I also know they could have given me a better deal on the Camaro and my Honda trade in.
