Sean Colony was my sales advisor for the purchase of my 2021 Macan S which I ordered in March 2021 and delivered in August. Due to the semi conductor shortage, the delivery of the car was delayed. Sean kept me informed throughout the process and delivered my new car with all the information that I needed to drive off the lot. I came to Porsche Littleton to buy a used Porsche for around 20k. Right off the bat, the salesperson was pretty short with me and a bit rude; a car in this price range didn’t seem to be worth his time. The car itself was very clean, had impeccable service records, and was deemed “in great shape” during a pre-purchase inspection at a nearby German auto shop (who will be getting their own review, trust me). Given all that information, I purchased the car. The first issue came three days after bringing it home. After a big rain storm, water flooded into the front passenger footwell. Apparently the drains were clogged, which is somewhat common on these vehicles. Neither the dealership nor the auto shop caught this. That weekend, I attempted to take the car camping. The car ran for the first 300 miles before showing a “low coolant alert” at a gas station. Turns out some very buried coolant lines failed, leaving the car stranded. Thank goodness I was in a town when it happened. When I informed the dealership, they offered no assistance what-so-ever. The salesperson didn’t even ask me to bring the car in so they could take a look at it; he suggested I take it to my own mechanic. After shipping the car home and the fix, I spent 3k. Buying a used car has inherent risks, but you don’t expect such a clean and inspected car to immediately break down and cost 15% of the purchase price to repair. I didn’t buy this car from Mr. Sketchy’s Used Crap-Box Emporium, I bought it from an official certified Porsche dealership. Despite that, I got dismissive sales people and zero support when the car had several big issues and immediately broke down. On top of everything, they didn’t even have a copy of the sales paperwork ready when I took possession of the car, and didn’t send it to me until I specifically requested it a month later. It also took over a month to get the title from them. Bottom line: if you’re not planning to spend over 100k, don’t bother coming here, because they don’t care about you.

Beautiful new facility with state of the art service facility. Every detail personifies the quality of the Porsche brand. The friendly people compliment the facility’s outward appearance.
