Wyatt Mullenax just recently sold me on a fully loaded

Wyatt Mullenax just recently sold me on a fully loaded 2024 Tacoma SR5. He was super respectful and responsive throughout the process and always had the answer or would find it for me. A salesmen I would go to every time! I also must add an extra shout out to Wyatt and the CMA team because they worked with me fully remotely. I’m from Pittsburgh and this dealer is about 4 hours away. They gave me a great value on my trade and a deal I couldn’t pass up. I would definitely continue to work with Wyatt and CMA in the future.

Took my 2009 toyota Tacoma in for inspection problems

Took my 2009 toyota Tacoma in for inspection problems were found found and I had to pay for parts in advance while waiting for repairs I found another Tacoma on the lot so traded in with assurance I would not have to pay for repairs. When my bills came in I had a charge for parts. Went to CMA to get reimbursed but was told manager was on vacation but due back the next week and would get back to me. Still nothing! They want their money fast but when issues arise fail to deliver

I would say, my best experience of car buying in recent

I would say, my best experience of car buying in recent years. I live in Maryland and was looking for a new Corolla Cross Hybrid XSE. First off, I was having tough time finding one in the color I wanted, and if I did find one, majority of the Maryland Toyota dealers were acting like it was still 2021-2022. So much attitude and little to no willingness to sell the vehicle. Well, after looking for a Corolla Cross for a couple of weeks in MD and VA, I widened my search to 100 miles from my zip code and came across CMA's Toyota, and I am glad I did. From the start till the finish, the experience was one of the best, if not THE best, experience I have ever had in buying a vehicle. I was initially in touch with one of the managers, Ashley Olson, who was pretty quick in responding to my inquiry, and had absolutely zero issues sending me an Out-The-Door price over email, most of the dealerships in MD flat-out declined to provide me one. After her initial responses, I was connected to their sales person Travis, or T.J., for further communication and I will like to mention that Travis was an exceptional Sales person. He was more than willing to work with me, without any type of attitude or delay. He was extremely prompt and quick with his email responses, and wasted no time. When I arrived at the dealership, he was already ready with my car, cleaned and topped off with gas, up at the entrance. Once we started the process, I told my brother, who was my ride there that we should pitch our tents because, based on my previous car buying experiences, we will be there for a while to get the process completed, and I was dead wrong. Keith, CMA’s finance manager, took barely 15 minutes to get everything signed and get my temp tags ready. Not only that, he was absolutely zero-pressure guy. He did not try to upsell me any add-ons or extras. We went over the list of any optional items, but he did not try to over sell any of them to me, which is a MAJOR plus for me. All in all, from the time we got at the lot, till the time we drove away in the new vehicle, it took us an hour and a half (rounded up), which included a short test drive of the vehicle, and looking around at another vehicle as well, which must be the quickest vehicle purchase I ever did in my 20 years of vehicle buying. It could be because I paid by personal check, but even in the past when I paid in personal check, it still took longer than an hour and a half. I could not be happier with my experience, and quite frankly, with the recent madness of extreme price hikes of vehicles and shortage of inventory, I was not looking forward to my vehicle purchase, but I am glad that CMA's Toyota staff made it as painless as possible, for which, I cannot thank you enough! *** This review is going to be a multi-platform review, meaning, I will be posting it on other review sites as well ***

Deceptive Practices.

Deceptive Practices. Dishonest. Waste of time. Bait and Switch tactic. In light of my recent experience, I feel compelled to caution potential buyers about the deceptive practices I encountered at this dealership. Despite initially spotting a reasonably priced Camry XLE, the situation swiftly devolved into a frustrating ordeal. Following extensive discussions and sharing personal and credit information, the car was mysteriously "sold" moments after the dealership had just opened for the day. Hours before that we were talking about pricing the shipping to me. Throughout the process, there was a disconcerting lack of transparency. Despite assurances that the car was ready to be shipped to us, we were swiftly redirected towards other vehicles at different price points. Claims of transparency were undermined by the sudden disappearance of the desired car and a distinct lack of cohesive communication between various agents, including an AI interface. This convoluted process, spanning a taxing 24 hours, left me with a profound sense of unease. The dealership's propensity to solicit personal details while exhibiting delayed response times raises serious concerns about their integrity and motives. The attempt to engage me in transactions during unreasonable hours (5am my time), coupled with the dubious series of events, only deepened my skepticism. In conclusion, based on my experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this dealership to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle. The bait and switch tactics employed, combined with the unsettling lack of transparency and professionalism, have eroded any trust I might have had in their business practices. Horrible.

Horrible. I had a verbal agreement, emailed invoice, and text agreement. Confirmed time to buy car. Dealer called 1 hour before I showed up stating they sold the car from under me. Lied to me the entire time. Not professional, do not trust. Do not do business here at all.

Update to my previous 5 star review.

Update to my previous 5 star review. Within a week of purchasing the 2014 Chevrolet Equinox, we experienced transmission issues. Then, I noticed that the engine was consuming oil (no leaks). I am very disappointed in CMA Chevrolet of Martinsburg. I trusted that the dealership had more integrity than to sell (even an As-Is) used vehicle with transmission and engine problems. I honestly now suspect that trouble codes may have been cleared prior to putting the Equinox on the lot to be sold. I paid $7200 for a lemon. Their offer to purchase the vehicle for $500-$750 is an insult and is based on purchasing a new vehicle. Their response, the risk of As-Is. NEVER again.

Dealer advertised boldly online 2500 discount off Toyota Tacoma truck. Inquired and they said “sorry it was mistake”. False advertisement, do not work with these people. Also wanted to run my credit before seeing finalized numbers.
