A very limited staff created what at first was a unpleasant experience. No salesman on the lot or showroom. Nobody bothered to address us when we walked back and forth across the lot and showroom. We actually left and came back before having to go find someone to help us. If it wasn't a great price for the truck we would never go back. It seems if you buy a used vehicle from them it's a favor on your part.

Brought my truck in for electrical problems on a Wenesday. When I called on Saturday the truck had not been looked at. The service tech was not truthful and did not return calls for update. I finally had enough and retrieved my truck. I made an appointment with another Ford service at another dealership. They were honest about service times. I have had problems with Simi ford in the past. I will no longer use there services.

Recall is taking forever
With this airbag recall waiting for the parts has made me lose faith in my edge and I’m forced to keep the car when I so desperately want to sell it and get something else.

Disappointed
Highly disappointed. I owned the car 5 months. When in to have a door latch repair and the brakes looked at due to some noise. I would of appreciated some kind of communication of the process and the cost prior to them working on my car. I do not live in the Simi Valley area and would of made arrangements if I knew that they were going to keep my car and that two different mechanics are going to need to look at the car. After 6 hours of waiting around is when they told me they need to keep the car. At this point the car rental place was closed. I had to wait with my young daughter another 2 hours to fix the brakes and then was asked to bring the carback so they can work on the door. By the way the waiting arear is discussing. There are some old couches that look like they had grease all over them. The floors look like they never been cleaned. After the work was completed 4 days later, they dented the door and chipped the paint.

Great Service
I regularly have my Lincoln MKZ serviced at my local Simi Valley Ford dealer. They are not only convenient, but they always do an excellent job and they do it quickly. I'm very pleased.
