Great Experience

Great experience. I shopped at several other locations (i.e. BMW, Audi & Cadillac), and was extremely impressed with the easy of working with the staff. In addition, to being extremely impressed with the service.

"Simply the Best"

Working with Tafel Motor Company is "Simply the Best! I love the Mercedes line of cars and feel that they're "the best"! I have bought over 10 cars from Eric Torsch. He makes buying a new car so easy and fun. He is the best!!! Tafel Motor Company is so professional and so thorough and I would rate them as "the best"! And last but not least is Stacy Parks and the service team. They always make service go very smoothly and I think that they are" the best"!!! I highly recommend Tafel Motor Company if you want "Simply the Best"!

Wonderful Experience

After doing a lot of research, I knew that I wanted to buy a certified Mercedes. I met Steve McDonald at the Louisville New Car Show and, because of his professionalism, friendliness, knowledge and experience, we knew that we wanted to work with him. He made the buying a new car a great experience! Megan Hailey was also very helpful in showing me how to operate all of the features of the car. Her knowledge and expertise were very valuable. Jesse Upchurch (finance) was also very helpful. A pleasure to work with!

Positive Experience at Tafel

My husband and I worked with John Foye when purchasing our new vehicle. John was very knowledgable about the product, approachable and listened to our needs. He encouraged us to take a weekend test drive to ensure we could see how the vehicle would handle on the road. He was great to work with during the purchase of our car. Smooth buying process

Tafel was very welcoming upon arrival. David was an excellent salesman and went the extra mile to help us out when purchasing a used vehicle. Great used car with no hassles

This dealership was laid back and delivered on their promise to repair minor damage to a used car. Car looked great and Steve MacDonald was easy to work with. I had a great experience even though I probably wasn't their typical customer.
