Overall satisfactory purchase
Dylan Osborne was my salesperson. He was quick to reply to my vehicle inquiry. Once we moved forward, I was mostly happy with my service. I misunderstood and thought LoJack and warranty was included in the price as I was not given any price until I saw paperwork. They did come down on delivery price and overall, I am very happy with the Expedition we purchased. One issue I did have was it came with a smoke smell which was not disclosed and I am very sensitive to that. They did purchase an ozone generator which removed the smell and thus far I am very satisfied.

Bad business
I reached to inquire about a vehicle that had been listed for sale for a couple of months. Connected easily with a sales rep and talked about being an out of state buyer, no concerns but was kicked to a finance manager when I asked for an out the door price. They had to wait for “the girls in the office” to run the numbers and was told it might be a few hours. I heard back the next day from the sales rep that they were still working on an OTD price. Then got a message that the “market had shifted” and the GM increased the sales price by over $4,000 - which still was not an out the door price. Bad business and cannot recommend.

Service Dept is a joke. Told the guy on the phone what we...
Service Dept is a joke. Told the guy on the phone what we believe to be wrong with the car. They said $100 to run a diagnostic test. Ran it, told me nothing, charged $100 & told to come back to check electrical wires costing $300 for 3 hours of labor. We believe the problem is a relay in the smart junction box. They could not confirm this. Issue started out driver side turn signal staying on even when car is off. It ended up draining battery & had to put in a new one. It's ridiculous this business is unable to confirm an issue. Nothing should be paid until problem is fixed correctly. Difficult to find a mechanic you can trust around here.

Feb.22,2020 Service department does a good job. But would not recommend this dealership. Sales team very shady to say the least. Will sale a vehicle from under your nose if they can. They have no idea what customer service even means.

Fast Friendly Service
My Edge broke down due to a bad belt Paul had it wreckered in to the service Dept and Aaron and the service team had me back on the road in less than an hour. The atmosphere is friendly and animal friendly (2 dogs) everyone including the business office and sales team were are great as well thank you for making a unfortunate situation bright.

Service Department Sucks
Bought a new F-150 had issues with engine missing and blowing blue smoke. Service dept says that’s normal in all new Fords. They said all new trucks blow smoke. Bad Mechanics
I took my F-350 to have front end suspension work $1300 of work. Picked it up and got through Ripley then to my road( ONTO A HILL WITHOUT GUARD RAIL !)and my steering felt really weird and my tire almost came off cause the dumb SOB... Didn't tighten any lug nuts! I called they offered a discount oil change.... REALLY ! Sad I could have been killed in an accident and only offer discount oil change .... Great Job!
