I just had a great experience buying a new Bronco Sport Badlands, from Ourisman Ford of Manassas. I am an out of state buyer so most of the paperwork and negotiation was handled before I drove down to pick up the vehicle. My sales consultant, William Andre, made the process incredibly smooth, friendly, and pleasurable. He is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy, and responsive and I couldn't recommend anyone more. In fact, I even had my best friend buy a Bronco from Will at the same time as I did. If that isn't the highest endorsement I can give, I don't know what is. STAY AWAY! Two days straight of trying to Purchase a vehicle from them, they wouldn’t take wire transfer nor would they accept a deposit. When I tell them I’m On my way because they said I had to be there in person and they’re 8 hours away from me. Deal is funded they accepted my trade in vehicle and plate transfer. They call me after 4 hours of everything being done and insured to inform me that someone else came in and they sold the vehicle before I could get there. SHOP ELSEWHERE! Do not give them your business.
