I love my new 2016 deep blue crystal mica Mazda CX-5 with white leather seats that Patrick Collins helped me find, understand and appreciate. He was extremely helpful in helping me meet my needs without putting any undue pressure on me. I would definitely recommend him and Courtesy Mazda to other costumers.

So, first things first: I LOVE my new car. I got a 2016.5 CX-5...my first Mazda. It's so fun to drive and extremely responsive. My car buying process started out online--I placed an online inquiry through Courtesy's website and Aspen instantly called me back and then followed-up with me via email to check-in on my interest level. Kevin gave me a call later and talked me into coming up from Denver to see what the dealership could do for me. One test drive later, and I was in talks to buy the car. Everyone I worked with, worked with me, too--Aspen, Kevin, and Debbie, the finance manager, were professional, personable, and courteous. I'm happy I ended up buying from Courtesy Mazda--they are aptly named.

We had a good experience at Courtesy with sales rep Patrick Collins.. They were up front about things and we were able to negotiate an acceptable price on a new CX5. All were friendly and courteous. We would go there again for a new car purchase.

Great Experience
I recently purchased my first new car (Mazda 3) from this dealership, particularly through Aspen (saleswoman), and my experience was stellar. The staff took the time to show me around the dealership and introduce me to the various heads of departments and it was very reassuring that I will build a strong relationship with the dealership/support team. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new car and Mazda is quite the brand! The purchasing experience was as painless as I could ask for, which is not normally the case as purchasing a car can be quite stressful. I would recommend both Courtesy Mazda and Aspen to all of my friends and family.

Colorado best ASPEN
Recently on a spontaneous stop into Courtesy Mazda in Longmont, stop look , asked for a sales rep who no longer work there but met with Aspen Swanson. she approached us with out the typical rush of a lot sales person, She heard our request for keys with out asking questions and got the keys for a test drive, She was return with the same smile and greeting and when we returned. we started the conversation and details of the Jeep. Aspen never put pressure and was polite, respectful and pleasantly human ( not your typical sales pressure). when it came to the negotiating, knowing its not her fault but she had to go back to the : manager" for approval.. Aspen wanted to make it easy but the process started to hinder our negotiations so and we left the lot and went home. I did call back at (303) 678-8950 (living 25 miles away). Aspen made the negotiations come together, and we returned to pick up my wife's Birthday Gift. Aspen is NOT just a sales person she is kind ,and human. Then to put a cherry on top of this sweet deal, the dealer ship was able to get me a great interest rate, (better than my own credit union). If there is a disappointment in anything, it would be the detailing & cleanliness of the vehicle it was the first thing we did when we got home. I highly recommend Aspen and in the big picture over all in the end... Aspen is Colorado best!!

The staff at Courtesy Mazda was helpful from the moment I arrived there without being aggressive trying to sell me a car. Patrick,my salesman,went out of his way to find the perfect car for me. All the staff at Courtesy Mazda worked together to find me a car and to get all the financing etc in order. I would recommend Courtesy Mazda and especially Patrick if you are looking for a great car for a reasonable price.

Fantastic experience!
This was my very first new car buying experience. Patrick and the team made it as as easy and painless as possible. I especially liked that it is a smaller, family run dealership with homey yet professional sensibilities. They will take whatever time you need to make you happy! Highly recommend.
