After totaling my 2013 Ford Fiesta on 2/6 I contacted Rob Beckwith at GLF and explained my situation & told him which vehicle I had picked from their on-line inventory he told me what I needed to do and he would start working on it on his end. My wife and I spent a couple weeks researching through dealerships that had our specific certified used vehicle. Grand Ledge Ford-Lincoln was most adamant about gaining our business through a fair deal. We agreed on a price over the phone so no hassling in the dealership and then drove the hour drive to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Their salesmen were helpful and quick and had us on our way in very little time (most appreciated when bringing a small child).

From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed by Josh who was nothing short of honest and helpful in finding me a new vehicle. I was referred to Jim for the financing portion of the deal and he was great too! I will not go anywhere else when buying vehicles in the future, it is such a relief knowing I have found a dealership (people), who make this stressful decision seem effortless!
