Good professional service.
I brought my vehicle in for oil change service. I like that they do the "works" package, at a fair price. Krista was professional and got me in & out pretty quick. All the service staff are great.

Great Experience
I worked with David Brown and he was an extremely professional sales associate. He was very helpful and answered every question that I had regarding the vehicle that I was purchasing, my trade in, and any potential offers or rebates that I had questions about. Overall it was an excellent experience and easily the most enjoyable time that I have ever had buying a car. On top of it!
After totaling my 2013 Ford Fiesta on 2/6 I contacted Rob Beckwith at GLF and explained my situation & told him which vehicle I had picked from their on-line inventory he told me what I needed to do and he would start working on it on his end. I stopped by the dealership as soon as I felt better, which was Saturday 2/11. I arrived about 9:30 and through the diligence of Rob & Laura Jordan I left the dealership at 1:30 with my New Vehicle!

Professional,knowledgeable,friendly.
Josh Preston was very knowledgeable fast and friendly, it was a no hastle process. We love our new Ford F150. I would recomend Grand ledge ford to anyone, This is the third vehicle we have purchased from Grand Ledge Ford.

I left GL ford today with nothing but positive things to say. This applies to the vehicle I purchased (a 2017 focus) as well the experience I had dealing with Josh and the rest of the staff. At no time did I feel like I was being sold or pushed into spending more but instead was relieved to find a helpful sales professional who only seemed interested in assisting me define what I was looking for and then making the process as smooth as I could hope for. I will be giving GL ford my business again when I find myself looking at a new vehicle

Courteous, quick, and offered a fair deal.
My wife and I spent a couple weeks researching through dealerships that had our specific certified used vehicle. Grand Ledge Ford-Lincoln was most adamant about gaining our business through a fair deal. We agreed on a price over the phone so no hassling in the dealership and then drove the hour drive to sign the paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Their salesmen were helpful and quick and had us on our way in very little time (most appreciated when bringing a small child).

GO HERE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE!!!!
I was needing my faith restored in dealerships (due to past experiences) in which the experience at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln did just that! From the moment I arrived I felt welcomed by Josh who was nothing short of honest and helpful in finding me a new vehicle. I arrived at the dealer later on a Saturday evening and he did not care at all staying late to help me. The process, from start to finish, was so easy. I was referred to Jim for the financing portion of the deal and he was great too! I will not go anywhere else when buying vehicles in the future, it is such a relief knowing I have found a dealership (people), who make this stressful decision seem effortless! I would encourage anyone looking to buy a vehicle, especially those people that have had bad experiences in the past, to go to this dealer. You will not regret you did!
