Service was timely and done correctly.

Service was timely and done correctly. Didn’t get pressured for other service items on visit. Service advisor was Brian Cox.

We were always pleased with the service when it was Ed

We were always pleased with the service when it was Ed Bozarth but since it has changed ownership I think maybe the mafia is in charge. I took a truck in for an oil change and airbag recall and felt like I had to pay a ransom to rescue a hostage. Over a weeks time and multiple phone calls later (with the last “unavoidable” repair not approved by me) the bill was over $5k!! My daughter just made an appointment for an oil change and it took over 3 hours. Time to find a new dealership!

My experience with the collision center and the service

My experience with the collision center and the service department was horrible. I don’t normally fill these surveys out but I have waisted enough of my time over the past month dealing with this business. I was rear ended and my car was supposed to be at the collision center for a week. Which turned into 3 weeks. I had to call everyday to clarify if my car was going to be ready by that day or else I would never have heard anything. I was even told that they forgot to call me. Good thing I wasn’t paying for the rental car I had from enterprise! That’s just the start of the problems I had with Cable Dahmers collision center.

All four of my tires were showing PSI on my dash before

All four of my tires were showing PSI on my dash before I went in for a tire rotation. Afterwards one of my tires PSI was not showing up and my dash read "Service Tire Monitor System" so I called and asked to bring it back to see why that problem arose after the rotation. My sensors were checked and I was told one of them went bad and needs replaced for around $180-$190. After leaving I noticed now that none of them show PSI. I don't understand how I went from four tires being fine and sensors working correctly, to three and now to zero after two visits to this shop.

Was told that I was going to receive a VIP OR MILITARY discount. I did not look at bill until I got home due to long line and other customers wait to pay. No discounts were awarded.
