These guys won’t answer or return calls. Highly unprofessional. Why even post for sale if nobody to sell ?

I never heard back from them. Mine was more of a general inquiry to see if the vehicle was still available, as I'm not pressed to make a purchase at this time. But it was disappointing.

Never returned my inquiry sent through cars.com Nor through their Direct website. No communication from this dealership

Nice cars, nice interactions with the salesmen but the car Itest drove had transmission issues and the alignment and steering were so bad, it was scary. Please test drive before you buy.

I wanted to take a mercedes benz gl 550 off site to a Mercedes Benz dealer for a pre purchase inspection, I was told that no way was the car leaving or going out for a inspection and that the inspection had to be done at there lot only, I said thats not going to work, whats wrong with your car. After that, the conversation was over.

They never responded to my query. I asked some questions about the condition of the car, but they ignored me.

I'm trying to buy a car from Big Iam Motors I have been calling and leaving messages 1 Month ever time I call they hang up the phone then Finally get a response back on text messages so I asked him to send me a bill of sales for the car he said yes So I sent him my driver license and my email and my address and what bank I'm going through and I will be paying for the shipping of the car then he won't respond back very unprofessional and very rude I'm writing this so no one else will have to deal with rude sales people and dealership
