Great! Very satisfied!!

Tak Lam and his associate Elliotte were very very helpful. I would always buy car in future from Tak Lam and his associate Elliotte. Ritchie in Finance was also helpful.

Getting your car serviced on a Sunday - Very Convenient!

Excellent Service

I lived in East Bay but done all 2 years or 25,000 mi ToyotaCare maintenance at Piercey Toyota for only 1 reason - Quality of Work and Excellent customer experience.

Fixing driver's side mirror

After my 50k mile service, I noticed that driver's side mirror did not dip when I reversed the car. I was too busy to take the car back until 2 months later. Walter Yamamoto took the car in and had it fixed with no charge. Thanks Walter for taking good care of me. I bought the car from Piercey Toyota and have them service this car from day 1.

Very good experience on buying car from Piercey TOYOTA

Service for 45k

Quality of Service was great. Chris (Christopher Abernathy) from Service Dept is awesome. Great to interact with him. Gives fair and honest observation about the vehicle's condition and suggests what needs to be done immediately and what can be scheduled for some time later. Even the Service Technician's video of his review of the car's condition is of great help as you never get to see what they see when you drop off your vehicle and head back to work.

Great Service

The customer experience was very nice! Dexter took very good care of me. They gave me a ride home, called me to let me know what was wrong with my car before doing any work, and called me once my car was ready. They even brought me my house keys when I left it was the dealership! The whole experience was less than 2 days.

Great but forgot about wheel alignment package

The service is great but the advisor forgot to remind me that I have a wheel alignment package. So I missed getting the wheel alignment done while my car was in for a 35K routine service.
