Everything was smooth following short wait for check-in (with appointment). Vehicle completed in time stated and a video of results was provided for my own record.

Piercey has a great lobby area for waiting during service. The service advisors do a good job of keeping you updated as your car is being serviced. Walter is our service advisor.

Whenever I come the service is always good and, I am satisfied with the service. The staff is always truthful and, I really recommend this company. Thank you for the excellent service! :)

My Toyota need to be serviced and decided on Piercy! It was a very easy,nice smooth experience! The service advisor “Diana” was nice also. The waiting room was great too!

I have really bad experience with this dealership. First they don't treat customer well. I told them many times, if you can make my price than only I can visit, otherwise no need to waste time. But they still call customers and than insult them as well. Also their employee doesn't know that while giving quote need to check hard or soft credit history. They check hard credit history and they just keep telling me its soft check. unfortunately I have to give 1 star.

Service Manager was great, but mechanics work was not. After full day at Toyota with appt, oil pan screw was not tightened so oil leaked on home driveway and mechanic’s xxxxxxx tool was left on windshield cradled below wipers. This was my second strike with the service center.

Had my car & my mom’s car serviced here at the same time. Miguel was awesome. He took care of us both. Will come again.

The sales team made it possible for me to get into the car that my family loves. Very friendly and very inviting environment. We will keep coming for more.
