Mike Tran is very helpful in giving me schedule at my convinient time which is late in the afternoon. And before he leaves, he will pass me to Dexter , who is very nice and accommodating.

As a Toyota owner, multiple vehicles, for over twenty years, I recommend the Piercy Toyota Service Center. Generally I get great service, but consider using a consistent service advisor such as Todd Fitzsimmons to make sure you get the same level of service each time. The service advisors need to offer optional items, but you are not obligated to accept them. If there is a problem or are unhappy with the service or advisor, speak with Kevin, the Service Manager.

Piercey Toyota is the best Toyota Service Center in the Bay Area! They have great customer service and really great features, such as appointments, e-mail reminders, videos, and excellent Service Advisors.

Did the needed service most time. In the past 10 years, I only had 3 serious issues after the service. Hopefully they will improve gradually.
