Crooks and liars.

Crooks and liars. Long story short. Bought a used only 6 years old car from them in the fall to replace my wive's SUV that was totaled by a deer. Spent $22,000 altogether on SUV with around 85,000 miles. With lower miles, years, and higher price thought should be good. Nope did not even make it the first oil change. My wife drives it just to work as a school teacher and in just a month or two started smoking, popping, and risking her life shutting down engine, all electical come on, and problems with brakes from electical shutting down. We immediately called Wadley since just bought it and no help. We had it towed there but they would not even honor to pay the towing. We live 35 miles away and they said free towing for 1 year after purchase is limited to 20 miles. They wanted 2000 to repair it with nothing covered. So we brought it to another mechanic. Long story have paid already 3k in repairs and finally to find the entire engine block was cracked and need new engine another 6k at least. So we are now out almost 30 k on a car we have only driven like 2 months and less than 2000 miles. Worst the final honest mechanic with decades of experience who finally looked at it found very obvious signs of "the worse repairs I have seen in my entire career" , "metal on struts supports peeled back and torn into with an angle grinder" and like I said cracked heads and engine block. All of which should have readily apparent to any basic mechanic when they revied it before selling it to us. I am not a mechanic, but our guy says they either never even opened the hood or are lying that they checked it out. We have driven to the dealership in person and called many times and always told either they will do nothing; forget the "Engine for life" scam, or that the with this "new managment" they are so shocked and sorry and will make it right, but never not even once after being promised 3 different calls have they called back to make it right. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE WITH NO INTEGRITY.

Absolute thieves.

Absolute thieves. They give car salesmen a bad name. Total xxxx. Situation: I called on a F150 Tremor with 5 miles on it. Turns out it had 4670 miles on it once I spoke to the dealership. ok, still a decent deal. The price of $59,575 was published. The first thing I asked was is that the real price and not the qualified rebate crap? Nope, we publish out best price and we stand by it. Shorten this way up. By the time it came to signing the price, with tax $6000 in taxes, was $68,575. Then they proceeded to tell me my interest rate was 10% even with my 821 credit score. I reacted to the 10% poorly and told them I would get my own loan and would call them back. Then they called back and said they could do 4.99% financing. What changed? By the time I reached the bank I realized the real price minus the taxes was $62,575. I called back. What changed? Oh, you didn't qualify for some of the rebates. What? We went over this the very first thing. They told me that Ford manages the rebates. I get that but you agreed to sell me the truck at $59,575. That has nothing to do with Ford. You should give me the money off to get back to the agreed upon sale price (that I didn't even negotiate on) They told me if I don't like it don't buy it. I didn't buy it. You shouldn't either. Does Ford condone sales tactics like this? I doubt it.
