My car needed a part to run which had been back ordered in April for 10 months with zero timeframe as to when it would be in. I had to fight with dealership and American Honda for 2 weeks to get a loaner. Part came in this week brought car in to get repair had Dan the service manager handle it I told him the car was difficult to drive concerned about the brakes he said he would have checked. He was REALLY concerned about the loaner for some reason. Part installed go to pick up ask if brakes were checked he said yes. Thank God for Katie who brought the car to me and said she needed 5 minutes to speak with technician. Came back and said she was concerned about how the car drove and technician agreed brakes needed to be looked at. They needed repair so left and came back AGAIN to pick up car. Dan was there and was EXTREMELY RUDE. He was disingenuous when asked about the brakes. Very unprofessional toward me during this entire experience. Katie on the other hand was EXCELLENT, over the top customer service representative she should have Dans job! I only gave a 5 star for Katie. I have purchases Hondas for the last 32 years from this dealership we have purchased 10 Hondas and recommended this dealership to my family who over those years purchased an additional 4 Hondas. Unfortunately I will not be buying another Honda.

Excellent customer service
We went it Sunday to look at vehicles, my daughter bought one, we didn’t realize there was a crack in the bumper, but I am so happy with this dealership, it’s her first car and they are absolutely doing right by her, they are fixing the bumper and also the backup camera, shout out to Alyse-she was her sales lady, and Keith one of the sales managers!!! I highly recommend them, thank you for taking care of these issues for my daughter!!! Definitely will be back when ready to trade up

Good service all around
While it’s probably a little more expensive, Liam was on target with his service and estimates. Cost estimate was good and time estimate was very accurate. He even adjusted me from “drop-off” to “waiting” since my daughter and I were only going to the mall. Extra points - he did NOT leave my key in the car (I hate when service people do that - duh, anyone could just steal my car!). He was attentive or efficient appropriately as well. Good job!

Always a great team effort. Todays visit I had the pleasure of dealing Service Manager Chris Lavallee, Service Advisor Erica Batchelder and Service Tech Seth Longwitz. Any time I come in for any issue or advice they treat me like a person, not a $ sign. Happy to refer anyone for any reason.
