Went in today to speak with Daigen about trading in my car for something new. He was knowledgeable and walked me through everything I needed to know.

Bought a car from this dealership did not do what they said they said they did. Was to give a discount to get it detailed then said they did it never got done payed $315.00 out of my pocket to get it done. There services show they change all filters never changed the cabin filter was the same one from 2017 when the car was new that cost me $30.00. Have never had such a hard time buying a car in my life they were very not very helpful at all, like they could careless. 😔

Buyer Beware - won't stand behind what they sell

Bought a Blue Certified Truck and within two days had 4 issues with it. The last two, within 10 minutes of each other had the Oil and Fuel Filter Lights come on. Our mechanic stated that the Fuel Filters were completely black and were not replaced. Contacted Roberts Ford, sent them the bill - and heard nothing back. Spoke to the Service Manager about 10 days ago - explained everything and he stated that it appeared things were missed and he will speak to management. Still no word. They rather remain silent than admit they missed up and should at least cover the Fuel Filter replacement.

Don't buy used

Son bought a 2016 Chevy Cruze from this dealership. Was supposedly in service for 3 days before he got it. The day after he got it, the traction control light came on. He shut the car off and restated it and it didn't come back on. Then the engine light came on. Car started running rough. Air wouldn't work, remote start wouldn't work, valve cover leaking. Took the car and had the codes read, 7 different codes. Granite, it could be 1 or 2 different things setting off all the codes, but still. He called and spoke to a manager at the dealership and was told the valve cover was just replaced and an oil change done. His car had 60% oil. The dealership didn't give him any paperwork stating what they done to the car, so I'm assuming nothing was done. The dealership told him they weren't responsible for the car since he bought it, it was his problem. He could bring it back and pay them to fix it, or use his warranty that he also purchased. They sold him this car for $15,000 and 60k some miles on it. Hopefully there is a reputable dealership near base at Fort Polk that will be able to fix it right and everything will be covered under the warranty he purchased. Bottom line, don't purchase a used car from this dealership. Buy new or go elsewhere.
