Very pleasant

This was a great experience, Stephen Walton was extremely helpful is finding the perfect car and negotiating the deal. Dishion Robinson was great with the training and set up at delivery. It was a very comfortable feeling.

My 2018 Lexus ES350

Since I was thinking of buying a different car, I returned to Plaza where I have done business for the last 20 years. I was met by Eric who talked to me about new vs. used. In the end, with his patience, knowledge, and pricing, I chose my car. Everything was handled well and the process was easy. I was treated with respect and will continue to do business at Plaza.

Awesome

Eric Poe and this dealership was awesome! We researched the vehicle online and found the one we liked, we walked in the door and they handed us the key and let us look it over without anyone pushing. Then Eric came out answered our questions and started the purchase process. This was the best experience with the least amount of anxiety. It was like talking with a friend not a salesman. I will recommend this place to everyone!

Super service

I didn’t expect to purchase my RX350 the day I entered the dealership to “window shop”. However, Eric, the salesman, was so engaging and knowledgeable about the SUV, I couldn’t help but fall in love with the vehicle I bought. I have purchased a lot of vehicles and never have I had a better overall experience.

Excellent Service

Dishion Robinson always greet me with a smile. The most important thing that he does is he’s always helpful with making sure I understand all the functions of my car. He always take my calls when I call about a light coming on in the car and explaining to me what that light mean. When I can’t program my radio, he walks me through it over the phone. Make sure when I get my car washed, my wheels are shining. Love his personality and his beautiful smile!!

Lexus 450h purchase from out of state

We saw vehicle on internet as pretty much bought it from pictures and verbal assistance from sales rep Joseph Nichols. He was honest, helpful and straightforward. Business center was efficient and nice in all paperwork. Whole process was quality and we just love our 450h we bought from Plaza Lexus dealership.
