Chris is great

Every time I need something from the dealership, Chris is there to make it a smooth process and an enjoyable one. He is not only a great salesman but just an overall great person.

Great experience

Went in for an oil change and ended up with new car... funny how that works. I had never purchased a car by myself before. This was easy and very comfortable. Highly recommend!!

New car purchase and technical support satisfactory

Overall experience was good and professional. Two car deals at one time a little overwhelming. Making a special trip to the house to go over vehicle features was appreciated.

Ease of Purchase

Vehicle condition and price were as listed on the website. Contacted the dealership and easily set an appointment to view the vehicle within hours. Chris was professional and friendly. No pressure to sell, just a conversation between two family men. There was one minor issue at the time of viewing that was addressed overnight. Set an appointment for the following morning that needed to be delayed due to an emergency. Chris held the car until we could make it into the dealership to make one final check on the vehicle. Purchased with confidence. Completely satisfied with the car and the buying experience.

Great experience

After our RX 350 was totaled we were in the market for another car. Since we had bought the RX 350 from Plaza motors we went back there for another Lexus and we were not disappointed. Our salesman, Scott was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Good experience.

Great service! No high pressure sales here!!

Patience of an Angel

After purchasing 5 RX350 SUVs during the last 12 years the choice for the Sixth should have been easy. Chris was amazing as he patiently "drove up" 5 different cars to perfectly match my wife's expectations. His focus on customer satisfaction made it feel that he was helping a friend instead of selling a car. We used a lot of his time, but sure left happy. Jerry
