On Friday night I stopped by to test drive a 2016 Highlander Limited. The dealership closed at 6:00 PM. I not only took it for an extended test drive but I ended up purchasing the vehicle that same night. From the sales person Todd to the finance manager, the folks that clean cars, it was a smooth transaction. This is my fourth Toyota and my fourth purchase from Tarbox. The dealership is clean, all the employees are polite and caring. I wouldn't dream of purchasing anywhere else. I have looked at other Toyota dealers and no one can compare to Tarbox. They make you feel like family.

I purchases a 2016 rav4 limited edition and received such a great experience in doing it. Gordie was so patient and helped me by bringing the Hyundai santé fe to the Toyota store so I could compare and test drive them one after the other and took the time and patience to let me decide on my own and was not pushy . afterwards we sat down and settled on a price and off I was driving my new car . he listened to everything I said I wanted in a vehicle right down to the color choice.

I unfortunately totaled a car that I had purchased at Tarbox 6 months prior. My initial purchase was a great experience and when I went back to Tarbox after the accident they gave me a great deal on a new vehicle without any haggling. The process was quick and simple; they were even willing to return my rental car for me. In roughly 2 hours I was able to complete the whole transaction from test drive through paperwork and drive the new car off the lot. Kudos to the great team at Tarbox (especially Tucker, Jess, and Ed inFinance) for taking care of their loyal customers.

The people at Tarbox Toyota were wonderful. Our Salesman's name was Wilson. Awesome Guy. They were nice,helpful,and they get you what you want. They have a great selection of cars. Very clean, while waiting you can get coffee, water , popcorn. Downstairs is a complimentary Nail Salon. A place were the kids can play. I'm still amazed about the nail salon. When ever you get you car serviced you can get your nails done for free.

I have purchased 27 cars at various dealerships through out the years and from the moment you walk in you are made to feel welcome. From Heidi and Chris in the e-business office to John my salesman, each was curtious and professional. Pricing was great and unlike many of the dealers I contacted no "games" where played. A straight forward deal with the best pricing. A place to do business. A+

I had the pleasure of working with Hass and his team at Tarbox today. I walked into the dealership not really wanting a car just being curious, however from the moment I stepped in Hass greeted me and made me feel like I was wanted and appreciated. He was high energy the entire time never once letting down. If I had to wait he always apologized to me for it and let me in on what was going on. This is a dealership I will come back to for the Class A service I got from point A to point Z

My sale representiive was Brian Clarke he was extremely helpful and very professional. I specifically ask not to have my time wasted and he did an outstanding job expediting my request. During that short visit he was able to appraise my trade in and although there were no 4 runner limiteds in stock he explained two were being shipped and handed me the spec sheets all in less than 45 minutes. Twenty four hours later i was in the dealership negotiating a price with Brian Clarke and Mitch Carter and in just over an hour negotiated a fair price for my trade in and a new 4 runner limited. I want to mention something very important during the negotiation Brian and Mitch they made it a point to keep the cash back incentive out of the equation stating " that is yours and its separate from what we agree on" which is very rear with the way other dealerships operate. I completely trusted Brian on buying my 4 runner unseen, he reassured that i made a good decision and i would not be disappointed; he was absolutely correct it was exactly what i was looking for. A week later i was driving my new 4 runner. The follow up was superb Brian answered all my inquiries in a timely fashion and continues to follow up with me.I am very satisfied that i choose Tarbox and happy that I had Brian and Mitch as my representatives.

I recommend Tarbox Toyota this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Tarbox, everyone is friendly. Todd Anderson was a great salesman friendly and knowledgeable. Todd Anderson did not pressure me in any way.

This is the second car I bought from tar box Toyota and both times the service was excellent. I had no complaints and I'm not an easy person to please when it comes to spending money.

See Todd Anderson! He gave us a fair deal and we were out very quickly. They actually go out of the way to help. Came in a few weeks later to drop off a paper and the renewed my registration. Also, the dealership is beautiful.
