Stephen was very knowledgeable in his review of our new car. We had an issue prior to the final sale and he was very helpful in bringing the car directly to the service dept. and getting the matter resolved. Honestly I would rate it all a 10, but there is no option for that. 10 being the best there is. This is literally my first car that I had purchased brand new, and always had used junk cars. When I went in there, to tell you the truth I wasn't going to buy anything I just wanted to look around. Then I saw Anthony Castergini and he asked me if I needed help. I did what EVERYONE does in the world and said no just looking lol. He took his time with me, EXPLAINED everything in detail to me and was very helpful. After talking to him I had to think about it over the weekend, and the day before Halloween I drove out of there with the car I wanted and was very satisfied. Anthony went out of his way for me 10 fold. I didn't want to buy a new car at all. Anthony sat down with me and took time out of his busy day along with the other gentleman that helped me and I felt like they were more than just a dealership but close friends that helped me make a good decision and leave happy with no worries in the world. Its been a little over two weeks now and I'm happy for my purchase and I cant thank Anthony and the man that helped me at the end. I feel terrible that I cant remember his name :( but he was the one that finalized everything at the end. Thank you Anthony and everyone that made me feel less stressed about everything and I look forward to buying another car in the future from HYUNDAI on bald hill rd in Warwick. My first contact with Tarbox Hyundai was via the internet. Anna Cook was very helpful and provided all the information i asked for as well as following up to be sure i was satisfied. At the dealership Robert Hansen provided detailed information regarding the features available, insuring that I would be satisfied with my selection. After the purchase he demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the car's features, describing them so well that I drove off the lot knowing the car as well as if I had been driving it for some time. Overall, the buying experience was delightful and I would gladly recommend Tarbox to anyone interested in a new car. I have not yet had need to visit the service department, but based on the sales experience I expect it will be of the same level of customer satisfaction and look forward to it.

Previous experience was so bad that it is still amazing to me that I ended up back at the same dealership. They worked hard to right the wrongs and were successful at accomplishing that. Excellent job.

I had a great experience with Tarbox! Highly recommend! The Salesman Richy was wonderful to work with. I was previously working with another dealership and didn't feel comfortable with the deal that they offered me. I contacted Tarbox and their price out of the gate was thousands less without the knowledge that I was working with another dealer. It was for the same exact car because the dealer that I was originally working with was going to get the car from them. They aren't out to take you for everything you got. Thanks Tarbox!! :o)

When purchasing my new car, I traveled extensively across the area and interacted with many different sales people with very different styles. I found the staff at Tarbox both professional and courteous, they answered all of my questions during the test drive, during the sales process, and after as I prepared to drive away with my new vehicle. Any phone queries that I had were followed up on immediately, and the staff was low pressured and agreeable to the decisions i made. I'm looking forward to driving my new car and returning to Tarbox for needed services and in a few years trading in and purchasing a new car from them as well.

Friendly, efficient, easy, fun, courteous, professional, perfect product knowledge, quick, streamline, warm and inviting... That sums it up but to explain I got smashed into a week ago and my car was a total loss. I had previously been in contact with dealer other than Tarbox originally months before this when I got a new car itch. I kept in contact with this dealer and when I was finally ready they dropped the ball, they didn't have the car I wanted and insisted I come in and drive 45 minutest to fill out a credit app. Tarbox is 5 minutes from my house and they have me do the credit app online and I already knew which car I wanted. Within a few hours the deal was completed. So seamless, so efficient. The crew here at Tarbox went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my new purchase. They gave me a great deal and by the time I was finished at the dealership I didn't want to leave because I felt like one of the family, that's how awesome they made me feel.
