Was told ok to turn my leased car in early but it was

Was told ok to turn my leased car in early but it was never mentioned that I would still have to pay remaining lease even though I started a new lease with the same Kia finance so turned in my car. Now I’m paying on two leases and one on a car I don’t even have. I was taken advantage of and now in Financial trouble as I’m paying two leases for two cars but only have one car. Just a complete horrible experience and will never trust this dealer again. The dealer does not return my calls as I have tried several times to resolve this with them. I spoke with finance and everyone I spoke with says they don’t know what I’m talking about and will call me back but never do. Spoke with Kia finance and they said this is the dealers fault

To clarify, the charges for disposition fees, excess wear and tear, and remaining obligated payments are set by the leasing company as part of your lease agreement. These are standard policies outside of our control. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. My calls never get returned and I am made to feel like this is all my fault. I trusted that this information would have been discussed before I signed a new lease. I will never do business with this dealer again.

This is more of an employee review. I want to give a huge shout out to Travis Boucher at Nucar in the service department. He worked some serious magic to get me what I deserved with my warranty. He was extremely helpful, kind, and patient. I hope I never am in the position I was in again, but if I am, I will ask for Travis again. I can't thank him enough.

There was a great selection, and no pressure.

There was a great selection, and no pressure. Zack was very patient with me as I test drove and asked questions about many different types of vehicles. I will be bringing my husband to this dealership when it is time for him to trade in his vehicle.

Huge shout out to Nucar Automall of Tilton. This place was great!! Seth Jewett and Bob LaBrie are the people to see. I can tell you this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Hassle free, patient with me since I did all of this through email and text. Top notch service, professionalism and I am super happy I went with them. Totally recommend them. I came here specifically after seeing a crappy review for them. People are so quick to bash businesses and not acknowledge their greatness.

Run! I’m 22 and bought a car in cash for 13,000 and it’s...

Run! I’m 22 and bought a car in cash for 13,000 and it’s been overheating, in the shop 4 times and is back there now. I have 3 kids and the car has been unsafe. I have pictures, videos and service reports from shops stating Issued wrong with it. I’ve been stranded with kids multiple times due to mechanical problems, missed multiple shifts as a nurse at a hospital, lied to and belittled, as well as sent on a wild goose chase to pick up a rental car 40 minutes away from me after I was told my rental would be paid for only for Nucars card to get declined and I got left at a rental place with no car and 3 fussy kids.

**WARNING!** this was worst experience I’ve ever had with...

**WARNING!** this was worst experience I’ve ever had with puchasing a vehicle I bought a car for $18,999 and brought the car in for servicing week after purchase because the stereo, a/c , bluetooth and touch screen wasn’t working upon delivery and was told it would be checked ou and brought it in to service dept. To have dalrship to repair and service department were nice and manager told me it was 1400$ to repair screen for stereo and 1350$ for A/C to be fixed.. So they sold me a vehicle for$ 19k and didn't honor the warranty it came with and told me they would help cover 500$ of the service bill and they werent to blame. I then left and brought it to anohemdealer to look at the repairs and get a second opinion. This is were I was old they had sold the vehicle to Tilton Auto Serv with the damages and should of been fixed before purchasing my vehicle. I’ve called and tried to be patient with them to get car repaired with zero help and was asked to leave dealership and now working with a lawyer. Worst experience ever but service dept was nice just couldn’t repair due to sale manager wouldn’t authorize repairs. Even after a week!! I’ve had nothing but issues and repairs with my new car.

Had problems with the truck we purchased and just found...

Had problems with the truck we purchased and just found out the truck had been in an accident and they didn't divulge this to us before purchasing. Deceptive. Not good business. Found out about accident when we went to trade it in and only got 500 for it due to accident. We were having issues with it that were cause for concern such as lurching forward and revving engine on its own, plus electrical issues. Glad to be rid of it. Got taken by this dealer and will spread the word everywhere I can to never buy from this place

Worst company ever, every word that came out of there mouths was a lie and they really do suck. Will never spend money there again I thought Connecticut dealers were shady nope you took the cake
