My only complaint is the prices are way too high since

My only complaint is the prices are way too high since they took over. Also the decision to eliminate Foundation care for 3 service visits prices is a big mistake. Will force customers to go to non dealer service locations

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Terrible service!

They don’t honor the warranty! They’ve had our car for weeks!! Only get angry when we inquire. NO LOANER CARS!! Terrible service! No more business!

Happy customer

Great experience, the salesperson Hannah Gomora was helpful in getting everything lined up for me and was kind and professional. Was able to leave that day in my new SUV. Will definitely recommend Foundation motors to all my friends. GREAT JOB Hannah Gomora and finance team.

Does Not Honor Warranty

Not only does this dealer not hopnor the standard 3yr 36000 bumper to bumper warranty, but they are not honoring the warranties they themselves sold me. The majority of the reviews on this dealership are tethered and taken over from when this dealer was owned by Patterson. Since the finalization of the ownership change which was earlier this year, have had nothing but problems out of this dealer and their service department both. How this dealer is able to maintain keeping their flag for selling Hyundai I do not know. Holiday Inn at the falls lost their flag to do business as Holiday Inn for a lot, lot less.

Prices were as advertised, with a very helpful staff.

Prices were as advertised, with a very helpful staff. We purchased our car site unseen and Bobby Nunn made the process very easy. The financing was a breeze and they stayed late to accommodate my busy work schedule for picking up the car.

We bought our third new Hyundai from Bobby Nunn at Patterson Dealership. Bobby is a great sales consultant. He made the whole experience very pleasant and I would recommend Bobby Nunn to anyone that is wanting to purchase a new car. He took time to show us everything about the vehicle and let us know we can call him for any questions that might come up. Everyone at Patterson Dealership was very polite and helpful. Patterson Dealership is a great company and we will be contacting Bobby Nunn when we purchase our next new Hyundai.
