Terrible experience
It is terrible trying to contact anyone for an update and they blame it on short staff. Also, my vehicle is there due to an issue from an oil change that started after the oil change from barely a week ago and only has 15k miles on it! Hyuandai doesn’t offer rentals for people that have a vehicle in the shop to get looked at but they have your vehicle for an unknown amount of time. Very inconvenient for someone that has a full time job with no other means of transportation.
DO NOT BRING VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS
They had my vehicle for over a month and never looked at or diagnosed the problem. I ended up picking it up and taking it to another repair shop who had it diagnosed and repaired within 5 hours. I called many times and left voicemails but was never responded to. I even went back after 3 weeks to talk in person and was assured that it would be looked at that week which did not happen. Do not bring your vehicle here for repairs. If I could give zero stars I would.
Please Repair My Car
I bought my car from Superior Hyundai a few years ago and had a wonderful experience but getting it serviced is a whole different ball game. The service department has had my car since 05/23 receiving payment from my insurance company on 05/27. I have had no updates. They will not answer the phone or return messages. I'm looking for someone to help me with this matter ASAP
Not the place you’d want to take your mother to.
They refused to accept my already pre approval from my bank and pushing me to apply for a loan through their bank. They also marked up the vehicle I was looking to Purchase and tried to lowball me on my trade in! These guys were basically con artist! Very untrustworthy! Lied about my apr just to get me to apply for a loan through them! It was disgusting! I was sooo pissed! I wanted to call Jeff Wyler him self! These guys are so slimy they’re still calling and emailing me after I blocked their numbers! At this point I feel im being harassed because I was smart and walked away from what they were offering. A week later I’m Still very upset.
Disappointed
Went looking today at the Jeff Wyler Beavercreek Hyundai for a new Kona. Dealership tells us that they add a 10-15 % mark up for their costs. Never heard of this. And then they wouldn’t take our outside financing from our USAA Federal Savings Bank. Really disappointing. 30 year army retiree on Memorial Day Weekend getting a run around. Went next door to the Honda dealer and they have no such ‘mark-up policy’ and they would accept our outside banking financing. Again, disappointing.
New car
Excellent service by my sales representative, Devon Scandrick. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I have never been to a dealership and had a salesman treat us so nice.
Very considerate sales people. Well taken care of
Just leases a 2022 Tucson Hyundai. Love it. Matt Schenkel was very helpful. A great salesman. Will definitely come back. Thank you very much Matt
Deceptive Pricing
DISCLOSURE - THE PRICE THEY LIST IS NOT THE PRICE THEY ARE SELLING THE NEW VEHICLE FOR. I had been talking with Matthew Schenkel since Wednesday(3/09/22) about purchasing a new 2022 Hyundai Elantra that was listed for $23.530. We also discussed trading in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. They were coming in close on trade in at $13,269.89. Carvana offered $14,386. No worries, we were close enough subtracting the Trade-in Allowance tax credit. Today (3/11/22) he texted me and informed me that the Elantra had arrived from Hyundai last night. He said he had someone coming at 4pm to look at the vehicle. I decided to take my lunch break around noon to head up to test drive and purchase the vehicle. They looked at the Santa Fe and came back with a trade in of roughly $12,000 - can't remember the exact amount. When he was going over the price sheet, he said the vehicle price was $27,000. $3,470 over what was listed on the website. I told Matt to give me my Santa Fe keys back as I will not do business with a dealership of this deceptive nature. AJ the manager decided to come out of his office and asked me if I would be interested in selling my Santa Fe to them after they low balled me with trade in value. This price was never disclosed on the website or in my conversations with Matthew. Take my experience and go elsewhere. There are dealerships that are NOT asking over MSRP. Voss Hyundai is one of them. “All of these practices result in the sale of vehicles for above-MSRP prices, in some cases way above-MSRP prices,” the letter said. That risks “damaging our brands’ long-term ability to capture new customers and retain loyal ones.” -Hyundai Letter to Dealers
Finally found good sales men
It was an amazing experience when I helped my grandpa pick out a car. The sales men were amazing they were not pushing you to upgrade or spend unneeded money on things. I felt very respected
