Although the staff are friendly, the service department mechanics often make mistakes, and fail to do their job properly. I had a radiator coolant service done. After checking their work the following day, I discovered that the coolant level was low by 1 quart. Also, the new coolant is a light blue pre mixture, of water and coolant (right out of the container--no need to dilute with water). What they put in looked diluted. I think they wanted my engine to overheat, so I'd buy a new car from them. This isn't my first time dealing with their incompetence.
