The manager Breion is incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest person, My family have bought 5 cars here, I will never, ever get another one. Its a shame a company that need’s customers have horrible customer service!

I originally showed up for this appt to find out they needed my car for a week to fix this recall and the part wasn’t in. Since I need a car, I had to reschedule for 2 months later which was the first time a loaner was available. We then had to delay again bc the promised concierge service wasn’t scheduled. 5 days after dropping off my car, I got an email listing over $1000 worth of service I needed to have done, nearly all which had been done literally ONE WEEK earlier at another shop as I have had too many troubles with the quality of repairs and communication at this dealership to ever go here for anything other than recalls. In summary- while I live my genesis, I will never buy another one due to the horrible experiences I’ve had in the service department over the past 10 years and 3 cars. Sales is great, but I am tired of having to go to them to fix every issue I have with service. One time they kept my car for two weeks and wouldn’t take or return my calls that entire time! Avoid anything at this dealership- I hear the north charlotte genesis is much better, but it’s too far for me personally to try.

The dealership experience was refreshingly pressure-free. Every associate was both attentive and professional, guiding me through my credit profile and how to enhance it without a hint of condescension. Despite my fair credit score, their treatment made me feel valued beyond just the numbers, genuinely earning my business. The purchasing process was impressively quick as well! My time at the store was roughly 3, certainly no longer than 4 hours. I want to extend a special thanks to Levi, Chad, and James for making the experience outstanding.

Keffer Hyundai, is a very deceitful , and dishonest dealership , Hyundai should be ashamed to have a dealership like this , I bought a new sonata sel plus , I drove it liked it bought it , Farrid said he would wash it when I signed papers, it was delivered dirty and I was told sorry it only had 1 key, I never would have bought it with one key , my trade had 2, when I signed papers it stated it had 12 miles on it , but it had 22,, I called back to talk to Eden about the key still waiting on that call, Beware do not buy from this dealership
