Low pressure.

Low pressure. Received a good deal considering the popularity of the Maverick. The Ford promotion was the motivating factor to purchase before the 2026 models come out.

I would highly recommend courtesy for it to anyone

I would highly recommend courtesy for it to anyone looking for a Ford service department. The communication and service were stellar. They went above and beyond to make sure my car needs were met. They will definitely become the Ford dealership then I will deal with from now on.

Overall Courtesy Ford is a respectable business.

Overall Courtesy Ford is a respectable business. Perfection isn't achievable - but a strong employee base with dedication and pride matters. Courtesy Ford has great sales force, and customer service is better than average. Service department gets a plus for honesty.

Excellent service!

Excellent service! Loaner Lincoln provided. Lots of text messages from the driver regarding the arrival of my loaner, when my vehicle arrived at the dealership for service, and from the service technician when my repairs were completed!

Service staff got me in as requested and installed a

Service staff got me in as requested and installed a bumper guard that was inadvertently missed when I purchased the vehicle. There was no haggling about whose responsibility it was to take care of this oversight. They willingly did the installation, quickly and with good quality.
