Brought my 2019 F150 in for service.

Brought my 2019 F150 in for service. Arrived at 8 am on Saturday morning and was greeted by Mandy the service advisor. She got me checked in quickly and the service on my vehicle was completed efficiently and professionally. Came in for basic oil change and tire rotation but what I really like about this place is they always do a multi point inspection on your vehicle and let you know what things may be needing service in the near future and what things are still in good shape. This time around for me I was advised that my battery may need to be replaced in the near future as the cold cranking amps were well below where they?re supposed to be and my rear brakes were getting worn and I should think about getting them replaced soon. I feel like bringing my vehicle here is like part of my early warning system which gives me time to decide whether I want to make the repairs myself or schedule another appointment to get the repairs done professionally. Can?t say enough good things about Mandy, the service advisor on duty that day she was very informative, helpful and pleasant to talk with.

Put a deposit on a new F-150 from the factory.

Put a deposit on a new F-150 from the factory. Had all the options I wanted and the perfect color. I wait a month for it to arrive, and get a call that it's on the lot. I'm 3/4 in to a 60 mile drive to go pick it up when the salesperson calls and tells me it's the wrong truck. Head back home. Another week goes by, another call. This time it's the right truck, but with an ugly paint defect on the passenger side a-pillar, and damage to the front bumper. Paint's going to be a MAJOR fix, so I refuse to take delivery. I ask if they can order me another truck just like it, but they won't because it's a '24 and they've already started building the '25 model. Best they can do, they tell me, is to try and find a "similar" one from another lot. I decline - I picked the one I did for a reason and was not willing to compromise on options. They just didn't try very hard to make it right, in my opinion. 2 wasted trips to Portland, got my hopes up for nothing, and on top of it all it took me a week to get my deposit back. I don't recommend.

Things went as planned.

Things went as planned. Why am I almost required to write a review? I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The oil was changed the tires were not rotated.
