Very accommodating

I needed to have my passenger airbag replaced before my trip to the beach (I never have anyone in the passenger seat, which is why there was a delay). They squeezed me in and then provided a shuttle to and from work while they replaced my airbag. Very easy from start to finish.

Haley Toyota will treat you like a king!

I'm 66 years old, and honestly this was the best I have EVER been treated by ANY car dealership ever!!! My wife and I were treated like royalty! Kelly Allen, your Internet Sales Manager, went far beyond the call of duty to make us happy and meet all our needs; as well as Cory Carter, the Finance Manager, who we felt gave us an excellent rate and advice on the extended Warrenty which we added to our loan. Both answered all our questions and explained what we need to know in great detail. We are proud to be a member now of the Haley family and show off our new Toyota with the Haley name attached to it! Thank you so much.

The Best Car Buying Experience!!

The process was very easy. Kelly Allen was awesome to work with. He guided me through the whole car buying process easily and quickly. There was no pressure. It was a great buying experience for me.

Good Service Environment

Comfortable environment in which to wait. Also provides Wifi and charging stations so I could work while there. Coffee, drinks and snacks available.

Great service!

Everyone was so friendly and efficient. The took the time to answer my questions after my car was serviced. I left and then returned because I forgot to ask them to check my windshield washers. They took the time to replace them right then. Wonderful!!

work done in timely manner, efficient staff

wait time is very good, staff is friendly, but professional and it's a pretty comfortable place to sit and wait.

Clean and Comfortable Lobby

The lobby is comfortable and the staff are friendly. The space is clean and uncluttered. It would be better if we had a heads up on the wait time.
