This company has zero integrity, professionalism, and are

This company has zero integrity, professionalism, and are dishonest. They told me you for weeks they can do the deal, but they lied and showed they are completely incompetent, meanwhile they held my deposit after they know they can't do the deal. Also, once they found out I was Jewish and MAGA they changed their attitude immediately and all of a sudden became Anti-Semitic and said at the end by the manager, "THEY CHOSE NOT TO SELL ME THE CAR". The salesman made Anti-MAGA comments. Do not buy from them, we should not support companies like this.

Did business with them on and off over many years.

Did business with them on and off over many years. They went from “OK” to “Excellent”. I own several luxury vehicles and dealt with many dealerships. I dread going to any dealership getting through the hole purchase spiel. But this time it was a pleasure. Purchased a new Range Rover. And they made the experience a great one. The sales lady (Viridiana) was very knowldgable and we got a fair offer on our tradein from the getgo. No games, no xx. Also, THANK YOU to Bill (Sales Manager) and Viridiana for the great Lego gift for my son. He is very busy now lol.

Customer service is OK.

Customer service is OK. They are nothing like Patrick BMW who gave me outstanding service. Vin #SALEBEEE0R2345394, 2024 Black Defender V8 that Land Rover Naperville is now selling, had way more damage than what Carfax is disclosing. I have photos if interested. I purchased the car for $122,000 and was one month into my ownership when I was in the accident where a guy blew the stop sign and basically totaled the Defender. My insurance did not want to write it off so Land Rover Naperville repaired it. Be cautious when buying this car that was basically completely rebuilt with existing wiring issues. Supercharger had to be replaced which would be a red flag if I was going to buy this Defender and why I got out of the lease.

After 25 years online, this is the first negative review I've ever left. Let me start with the positives and who this dealership might be for: Great people: The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and create a professional, inviting atmosphere. You’ll feel welcomed and probably leave feeling good about your decision. Who this dealership is for: If you don’t care about costs, never look at a bill, and just want to get work done without thinking about the price, you’ll probably love this place. But if that’s not you—stay away from this dealership. While the salespeople are skilled at making you feel good about buying, that’s exactly why it’s dangerous. If you encounter issues after your purchase or want to feel like a valued customer, forget it. They’ll literally take you for a ride. As someone who NEVER leaves reviews, I’m writing this because I feel obligated to warn others. Do not buy a vehicle here—ever. If this helps even one person avoid the headache I’ve experienced, it will have been worth it. You’ve been warned.

Update! Zero reply to my email. Doesn’t surprise me, why bother replying at all on here? So it looks like they are working to help. Again- go to these guys at your own risk. What a nightmare.

Buy here at your own risk. They go thru General Managers every 3-6 months. All is well up to when you make the purchase. It goes down fast from there. No after the sale service. No respect for the customer and what they promised. I dropped $120K on a full size Rover 2 years ago and got ZERO for after sale service. That Patrick Promise is a bunch of ..... Try complaining to their offices in Schaumburg. You will get a bigger nothing. It's all about what you get after you write the check which in my case was a disaster. Stay away. Go to Orloff or Hinsdale. You will get great service there.

Your apology and kind words are appreciated, but your actions and the way you treat a customer after you complete the sale is a whole different story. I contacted you guys multiple times all the way up to the main corner office in Schaumburg and got nothing. Your rude and obnoxious GM was just that and he was there when I bought the car. I complained to RR USA, they sent me to Hinsdale RR. They took care of the issue and didn't charge me a dime. If you are really interested in knowing who I am, I bought a full size 2022 on December 18th, 2021. Patrick Promise is a Joke.

Met Kevin, a customer service driver while attending a

Met Kevin, a customer service driver while attending a conference in Naperville. Kevin told me to have my vehicle serviced at Patrick Land Rover the next time my vehicle needed a service. Made an appointment and drove 50 miles to the dealership. Ernie Bonilla the service manager was a great communicator. Charles Vyse the service technician made a video as he was inspecting my car, showing me all the items that required attention. A checklist was sent to me, allowing me to select all the repairs that i approved of. A loaner vehicle was provided. Two days later Kevin dropped off my vehicle which was detailed inside and out. This amazing experience occurred because Kevin approached me and indulged in a wonderful conversation about range rovers and the good service provided by Patrick Land Rover Thanks a lot Kevin, Ernie and Charles

We drove over an hour to see a car for my daughter.

We drove over an hour to see a car for my daughter. We had been in contact for a few days and the appointment was confirmed the day prior. We got there and the vehicle was not available. We didn’t even have contact with the person we had the appointment with. Extremely disappointing experience.

We were pretty set on purchasing the vehicle we saw

We were pretty set on purchasing the vehicle we saw online. Made us sit and wait, and wait, then came with a lowball trade in number, which explains why they wouldn’t give an estimated trade online like everyone else. Then made us sit and wait and came back with a slightly better deal but snuck in clear coat. Tried to convince us 8% is a good finance rate. Finally had to track down the salesman to get my key back and left. Now they keep calling and emailing about a better deal and just call to discuss. Not a chance!

This is a follow up on earlier review about plates ,next

This is a follow up on earlier review about plates ,next week my temporary plates expire and they can't issue longer temporary plates according to dealership.Bill Benjiamin is trying to help solve the issue and for the most part responsive.I'm not sure what else I can do,after next week I'll be driving with expired temporary plates.If your buying from out of state I would think twice about using this dealership.I bought many high end cars from other dealers in Illinois without any issues.Don't seem to be a valued customer after the sale,hope things change,I will give another update.
