Nissan Altima

I was quoted a price of repair, which was not honored. I was charged twice as much for labor after disputing being charged twice for diagnostics - I paid previously when program was downloaded into car. I was told there would be no issue when I brought it back to actually run diagnostics. A part was replaced but damaged wire was not repaired. My car sat in the lot for over an hour as I waited in lobby. I was made aware my car was running while I was on cell phone- they’re connected. I knew where my car was in service area. I had to look for it outside. This is not the entire story, but I’m pissed. I’ve bought THREE new Nissans - the first and last I will buy from this dealership. I will drive back to my hometown 4 hours away before I do. I am beyond disgruntled. I was over charged and underserviced and had to argue with service rep to get this much. I am DONE with Corinth Nissan. I will continue to do warranty service on my 19 Altima unto that’s done but I will not bring 13 Altima back in and I will not buy a new truck or anything else there.

Thanks Todd for the excellent service...made me feel like I was family...excellent service from the time I got out of my automobile all the way until I got back in it from him and the whole service department...Thanks guys

Very friendly staff and very nice facilities thank

Excellent service very quick nice facilities and very nice staff.Would recommend family and friends to come for your service needs.Very quick service and recommended we change a couple filters.

Oil change at Corinth Mississippi January 6,2020

Had oil changed. Teresa could not find my account in computer at check in. Told me would take about 45 minutes which took 2 hours. No one came to tell me progress during service visit till it was ready. Very disappointed

Alabama Jeep Man

Aaron and his staff were excellent! I love my Jeep Gladiator. I would recommend Corinth CDJR to all my friends. I will be back to trade with them.

Disappointed

A little frustrated with this dealership. I went to this dealership to view a car and talk about a price. The price wasn't right for me so I left. No big deal there. The problem comes from me getting a call saying they would sell the car to me at the price I wanted and then later that day saying not only would they not honor that price, they were going to raise the price by $2000. I don't like feeling like people are jerking me around and wasting my time. I also don't like that my credit took that hit from being checked for no reason. I would have never let them run my credit with that increased price of the car. I tried to talk to the General Manager about the situation, but I can only assume he has no interest in speaking to me. I have had a receptionist and another manager there tell me they would get him to call me and it never happened. He is always supposedly in a conference. I have called in the morning, afternoon,and evening and I always get told he is in a conference. I give up with this dealership.

EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH

Branden was great from start to finish. Knew the product and answered my questions and i will be back for all my vehicle needs and service needs.

would never buy from this dealership

Attempted to purchase a vehicle here, they gave me the run around. Applied for credit on a car I wasn’t interested in because they thought it would be better for my budget. Planned to deliver the car without me knowing. Sales and financing staff were terrible. Rude and unprofessional. They will tell you they can get you where you want to be and then change it all up in the end.

Alida Mohlke, we apologized for any misunderstanding you may have with our company. As you recalled, we asked WHY are you contacting a dealership that's 500 miles away, when you have a local dealership has the vehicle you wanted. This resulted in a vehicle that cost too much for what you were budgeting. We ONLY may a suggestion to a vehicle that would get you to your monthly budget. As in delivering to you without you knowing, we would NEVER send a driver to delivery without directions, phone number and time to meet. We wish you the best in your vehicle purchase.

Sick pig

I want to file a complaint against one of your consultants Branden. He is a disgusting pig. I caught him trying to look down my shirt while showing me a vehicle. No chance in xxxx I will ever be back. God forbid I test drive a vehicle with him. I will be contacting the BBB.

Epic integrity!!!

As it turns out, the owner, Craig Denney, is a very honest and humble philanthropist, who also happens to be an avid supporter of our nation's military and veterans. He is a true patriot! When he learned that his business sold me a vehicle, unbeknownst to them to have severe safety problems, because they were extremely well hidden, by the previous owner, he offered to put any time and effort needed to fix the problem! He offered to trade me out of the vehicle at no cost to me, and when he didn't have a vehicle on the lot that would suit my needs, he showed me all the money invested and made on the vehicle, only to offer his time, his effort, services, and all profits on the vehicle to get it fixed! I agreed on this, as he surely went the extra mile to make sure, I was happy with my purchase, and that my family's safety was top priority! I promptly received a check in the mail, with no questions asked! I, as his customer, was more important and chosen over profits! He stands proudly by his name and both of his businesses Nissan of Gadsden and Nissan of Corinth, while exuberating honesty and integrity! Anyone should be honored to do business with this company, while knowing they are in honest safe hands!
