Another great experience getting my caddy serviced. Frank Kents service department is number one for courtesy and professionalism. They are number one in getting their customers in and out on the road quickly. I had a 9:30 appointment to get a oil change and tires rotated. On top of that my caddy was a mess after the rain. In under 45 min the service was done plus they completely washed my car and shined my tires!!! This was done at noon extra charge. The service tech was the best ,as they all are. I'm a kent man for life.

Worst service EVER! Made an appointment on October 15th and the soonest appointment was December 16th, with a loaner vehicle. My warranty went out on December 4th. Frank Kent Service will not cover the repairs and did not go to bat for me with GMC Cadillac Customer Service. Worst service…..and you could be in my shoes one day!!!! Trading in my Cadillac after I PAY TO HAVE IT REPAIRED, and will NEVER own another GMC vehicle.
